Begin the journey from Marrakech, traveling through the picturesque High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou, renowned for its Kasbahs and cinematic history. Proceed through Ouarzazate and the enchanting Valley of Roses before arriving at Dades Gorges and Tinghir for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Tinghir – Erfoud – Merzouga
Following breakfast, discover the breathtaking Todgha Gorges, a haven for photographers and nature enthusiasts. Continue through the palm groves of Erfoud, famous for its fossils, before reaching Merzouga, the entrance to the Sahara. Delight in a camel ride across the golden dunes and spend the night in a luxurious desert camp beneath the stars.
Day 3: Merzouga Jeep Excursion – Dades Gorges
Rise early to witness a magical sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, embark on a Jeep excursion to visit local nomads and explore the black desert and oasis villages. Arrive at Dades Gorges for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Dades Gorges – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
