Ouahat Sidi Brahim - After you’re picked up from your hotel, make your way to the Palmeraie, a serene grove of palm trees just 20 minutes from the bustle of the city. Don a chech (head scarf) and gandora (robe-like garment) to protect your skin from the desert sands and beating sun, and then let a camel driver get you situated comfortably atop a gentle camel.
Relax as you ride beneath the rustling palms from the picturesque Kasbah to the banks of the Oued Tansift, a wadi that forms lush oases during the rainy season. Pass by lime kilns and gaze out at the snow-capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains as you meander down trails to the rural oases of Oulad Mansour and Oulad Ali.
Soak up the peaceful surroundings as your camel plods along, and loop back to the Kasbah, where your desert adventure concludes with a hot cup of mint tea and a snack of honey-drenched msemens (crispy stuffed crepes) or baghrirs (soft crepes with holes).

Camels, tea, & pancakes! - This was an awesome tour!!! We initially got off to a slow start b/c pick up was not at the hotel as advertised. However, it was all worked out , and my husband and I were not disappointed. We arrived at the groves by car not far outside the city. The camels were easy going and well mannered. Our guide (Ahmed) was awesome. He took numerous photos of our group, had a playlist of of fun Arabic, Spanish, and English music, and told us a few fun facts about the camels. We stppped for a rest and were served pancakes with honey, and mint tea at a modest home. We highly recommend this tour for anyone who would like an authentic experience filled with a few laughs, and tasty treats! Thanks guys, we had a great time!

This tour was awesome! Our tour... - <p>This tour was awesome! Our tour guide was very funny and knowledgeable. I found out a lot about camels and Marrakesh history from him! Pancakes at the end of our ride was a wonderful addition to this tour.<br/>
I would definitely recommend this tour to everybody while in Marrakesh.</p>

This was a fantastic excursion! The... - <p>This was a fantastic excursion! The area we went through was beautiful, and the guide was so informative about the area and all of Morocco. The camels were adorable, and it was all in the tailored to how fast or slow we wanted to go. The pancakes at the end were amazing!!!</p>
