Half Day City Tour - The tour was very good, as first timers in Morocco we really enjoyed every bits of it! Our tour guide named Issam is very knowledgeable and kind, he gave us alot of information about the tourists spot that we visisted and he patiently waited for us while we are touring Medina to buy something. The driver as well who is Mustafa also very accomodating and very helpful with the transport. I even left my coat in his cab and he gave it back to me which I really appreciate. Even though he is supposedly off duty that time after the tour he came back just to drop us off at the airport. Me and my friends are very happy with the service that we got from them. 5 stars!

Wonderful tour. - Said was a wonderful guide, so knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was understanding of my husbands disability and walking pace making the whole experience very enjoyable. The gardens were beautiful, even in the rain of March 26th lol, the Bahia Palace was also stunning. On the way to the Saadian tombs we called in at the Synagogue which was very nice, the Kings tombs also were very lavish with wonderful carved marble. We called in to a herbal shop and bought some black soap and fragrances, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this tour using a guide as you get to understand and appreciate the history of Marakech, and I hope you get a guide as good as Said. (private tour)

Great trip, great guide and great driver - This was a great trip to really see the sights in Marrakesh. Our guide Mustapha was a good communicator and spoke excellent English. He was able to answer all our questions about the history and culture of Marrakesh and the sights we saw. He also tailored the tour to what we wanted and was able to know when to move on and when to linger. He was punctual, polite and friendly. Our driver Yousef was perfect at meeting us at the right place and time. Thank you both for a wonderful trip in Marrakesh

Great tour with entitled driver-shame - Tour was very good and so was tour guide, very knowledgeable and took tour slowly as I have a mobility problem, so we booked private guide an driver so not in a group. At the end of tour we didn’t realise that he would not accompany us back to hotel and so left a tip with him to share, on arriving at the hotel the driver demanded a tip for himself, he became quite angry so we walked very quickly into the hotel gates. This did spoil a very good tour which was such a shame, but would recommend tour to see all Marrakesh has to offer.

Half city tour - Hassan our tour guide was very knowledgable during the whole tour. He was very friendly and took us to some great places. It was a shame we couldbt get into the gardens. I think viator shoukd inform you when booking tickets that you need to book the garden in advance as we missed out due to it being sold out. Not sure the package is worth £45 per person but i suppose that does get you a driver and a tour guide who stays with you. Thanks again Hassan.

Not really worth the money - Collected from our hotel on time, the guide spoke great English and pointed out places on the ride into the city. We went to the gardens for which we'd pre paid for our tickets which were beautiful. We then arrived at the Palace where the guide was very knowledgeable. After this we walked through the city but weren't able to stop at shops and stalls to browse, it became very obvious the guide wanted us to buy things only from the places he took us and was clearly disgruntled that nothing took our fancy. Unfortunately his whole attitude then changed and we felt quite awkward until we arrived back at the hotel.
