Afterward, his son raised the place as a Koubba also called KoubbatLallaMessaouda, where he was also buried in the year 1574. Ahmed El-Mansour also buried his mother within the same location, followed by his next three successors. It is considered as one of the first set of a burial chamber.

"All aboard the train" - Hussain, our guide, made the experience memorable. He brought to life the culture & history of Marrakesh, but added many interesting stories and ideas, that added to my understanding of this land, Morocco.

A unique experience away from the makan touristy spots - We had a lovely guide Abdullah who took us to spots that were fascinating, Including a first hand look at how leather was made at the tannery, ceramics & woodwork being made by hand and was super interesting. A highlight of our short 2.5 days in Marrakesh.

Siad is the perfect tour guide for German tourists. We would book him again at any time and recommend him to friends - We (two girls from Germany) had our tour with Siad and are super happy that we got to know him. He is super friendly, speaks perfect German and showed us lots of beautiful places in Marrakech. Siad told us historical backgrounds, which weren't too much and super interesting. He always gave us the choice of whether we wanted to see sights with an entrance fee or not and gave us his honest opinion on the matter. For example, we didn't look at the Bahia Palace because Siad said that a lot of it had been damaged by the earthquake in 2023 and that the entrance fee was therefore not 100% worth it. He also showed us some "insider tips" and even helped us buy pillowcases and showed us the right, not overpriced shop and negotiated for us. He treated us with respect and we felt very comfortable with him.

Excellent all around - Charif was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to give me a thorough history of Marrakesh. It was an absolute pleasure having him as my guide. Thanks!

Great start with a great guide - This was an amazing tour. Ishmael was an outstanding guide. He was very knowledgeable but did not bore us with facts. His pace was great and he allowed us to see what was important and some things that interested us. This was a great way to begin our stay in Marrakech.

🇲🇦Real🇲🇦 - The impact I experienced when wandering for the first time through Jemaa El Fna and the alleys of the Medina is still fresh in my memory; It's like transporting yourself to a bygone era that you never imagined existed. Everything there arouses curiosity: the shops overflowing with colors and fragrances of spices, the food that delights our senses. The people, the riads, the hammams... Everything is so unique, so authentic... Navigating through its narrow and labyrinthine alleys, where it is easy to get lost and difficult to find our way, led us to discover artisan workshops, traditional markets, bazaars full of wonders. In them it is possible to buy spices, carpets, jewelry, lamps, exquisite desserts and much more. We chose to stay in Guéliz, with its wide avenues such as Mohamed V and Mohamed VI, pristine and lined with palm trees. Guéliz is full of shops, shopping centers, restaurants and cafes; It is located approximately 3 km from the medina. If you enjoy walking, you can get there without complications.

Good but what is included is not accurate - I enjoyed this English tour. We visited everywhere listed and the guide was well informed and friendly. We also stopped briefly a few times throughout the tour for quick talks about history, architecture and the impact of the recent earthquake. There was a chance to buy water about half way through. There was about 12 of us on the tour. I was briefly separated from the group when I spent too much time taking photos but the group waited for me and were very nice about it! However, the tour description says that entry to the Bahia Palace is included but it is not. You need to bring an extra 70 MAD cash for this entry. I have requested a refund for this via Tripadvisor. otherwise it’s a 5* tour. You also need to pay entry to the Tombs but this is as described and optional.

Mostly bad experience - We booked this tour for 2 people, me and my friend. The guide seemed quite grumpy when meeting us. Plusside was that he did know a lot about the things he showed us and he liked to tell about it. With talking he seemed to become a little less grumpy, BUT: he was only talking to me, never directing any information to my friend. Even if she would ask questions he seemed to just ignore her, until I would ask him to answer her questions. He would also only wait around for me, not for her before continuing the tour whenever we would stop to look at something or take a picture. We both noticed his demeanor towards her and it was was quite uncomfortable for her. Everything also felt really rushed and after 2 instead of 3 hours he just said bye and left. We were a bit surprised about that since we thought the tour would be longer, but because the experience was not that good, we just went with that. We would not recommend to book this tour with this same guide as we had
