The guide was very... - The guide was very helpful and informative, your was well planned and a very friendly group. Our guide offered to take photos of each person/couple on the tour (which was especially nice as a solo traveller) and made us all feel very welcome and safe. Due to big queues we (as a group) chose to skip the Saadian Tombs, but our guide gave us a tour of the Souks instead which gave me some great knowledge before going and exploring on my own for the rest of trip. I’d absolutely recommend.

Marrakesh cultural walking tour. - A very interesting and informative tour of the Bahia Palace, sultans tombs and the main Mosque passing through the souks and medinas of Marrakesh. Our reason for knocking off 1 star was that it would have been better to build in a short rest at a local cafe perhaps? The temperature was 34 degrees and it is not yet high summer so we would have welcomed a rest. Also, although we knew entrance to sites wasn't included it would have been good to know in advance how much and that we needed to pay cash! The fee is 100 mad per adult for the palace and the same for the cemetery, 200 mad in total. Abdul our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable and friendly.

A very thorough review - Over all a very good experience In the beginning we found it difficult to locate our tour guide - there are many different tours with different guides that start from the same area - it is just a large group of people shouting different names - we were not given the name of our tour guide and so this made it especially difficult - another tour guide advised that the tour will not start without everyone present and so if you wait 3-5 minutes for some other tours to take off it will make it easier for your guide to find you - this worked well! Our tour guide (I missed his name!) was very knowledgable and friendly (with a high level of English) engaging in conversation about himself as well and showing an interest in the guests. We were encouraged to asks questions and, at times, explore for ourselves around the monuments. Note - this is a walking tour! It is not stated on the official description anywhere! Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring some water. Entrance fees to monuments are not included - this was to be expected as is stated in description however I would highly recommend entering the monuments as it is well worth it. Once our tour ended the guide even offered to give the group a tour of the local souls/spice market if they wished to join - we did not but it would be a valuable opportunity I imagine. The tour does not end back at the initial meeting point as stated but ends at Koutoubia. Here there are plenty of places to eat/drink after a long, hot walk!

Great but place Jema El Fna to avoid - Interesting and available guide. Visits to the souk and the Jewish quarter at the top. Beautiful Bahia Palace. On the other hand, avoid Jema el Fna Square: it spoils the visit: monkeys in chains, horses in very bad condition pulling carriages for tourists in strong heat...Practices that do not match the heritage and architectural quality of the city. One tip: ask your guide to go elsewhere.

Overpriced . - Overpriced .Subcontracted Agent did not know anything about Viator the seller of this product.Agent did not like to walk in the sun in Marrakesh although a walking tour.Narrow streets dangerous with motorcicles at speed trying to find a way to reach safety. Agent dissapointed with his payment speed up the tour .He was knowledgable but furious did not want to talk. Other providers sell this tour for a quarter of Viator Price.Driver and car were OK.This was a private tour.
