Le Jardin Secret - Medina - Marrakech - Le Jardin Secret is opening its doors to the public for the first time in its history. The origins of the complex date back to the Saadian Dynasty, more than four hundred years ago.
Rebuilt in the mid-Nineteenth century at the behest of an influential kaid of the Atlas Mountains, Le Jardin Secret has been the home of some of Morocco and Marrakech’s most important political figures.
Today you are able to fully appreciate it, thanks to the recent renovation; Le Jardin Secret is part of the great tradition of stately Arab-Andalusian and Moroccan palaces. As a result visitors can discover its gardens and buildings, which are outstanding examples of Islamic art and architecture.

Marrakech is a metropolis teeming with history and cultural vibrancy, best appreciated by taking a leisurely walk through its glorious gardens. The verdant foliage intertwined with the meticulous architectural nuances of these gardens will absolutely captivate you.
Our journey commences at Majorelle Garden, a vision of French painter Jacques Majorelle from the 1920s. The stark blue enclosures complement the exotic flora, crafting a surreal ambience, while the tranquil fountains further enhance the serenity of this place. Additionally, the garden is home to a Berber Museum, educative of Morocco’s indigenous inhabitants and their heritage.
Our expedition then takes us to the Koutoubia Gardens, nestled right next to the Koutoubia Mosque, Marrakech’s largest. This verdant retreat located in the middle of the bustling city showcases a diverse range of vegetation and trees, centered around a petite pond.
