-Visit the local market together to buy ingredients (this option is only available for 10:30 session)
-Return to our workshop.
-Learn to make traditional Moroccan tea.
-Cook a three-course dinner or lunch using Moroccan spices.
-Follow my guidance as we cook, using authentic techniques and spices.

- Zaalouk - A Moroccan hot salad base on aubergine.
- Taktouka - A hot Moroccan Salad based on peppers.

- Tajine - We will prepare a vraity of tajines: Vegertieain Tajine, chiken Tajine, Kefta Tajine or Couscous.
- Mehncha - A Moroccan dessert based on almonds.

Join our cooking class and have a blast while you learn how to cook. It’s not just any class

You’ll spend 4 hours with us, either in the morning at 10:30 am or in the evening at 6:30 pm, in our
well-equipped kitchen in Marrakech. You’ll become a cooking pro with guidance from our experts. Before we get
cooking, we’ll hit a local market together to grab the freshest veggies and ingredients available (only a 10:30
session).
Time to roll up your sleeves and start cooking! We’ll show you how to peel, chop, and spice up dishes just like
Moroccan chefs. While we cook, we’ll chat about Moroccan culture and history, adding a little something special
to the experience. But here’s the fun part: you won’t just learn one dish
- you’ll be making different dishes using all the spices.
The best part: you get to taste what you’ve made, if you’re up for learning, cooking, and having a great time, our
cooking class in Marrakech is the place to be! Let’s make some delicious memories together!

Fabulous class! - A really inclusive cooking class, getting everyone involved! Particularly enjoyed completing the shopping prior to the food preparation. The class was fun, with laughs included and the meal we all prepared was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended for anyone, and really looking forward to trying the recipes at home! Tasty, fabulous experience, enjoyable - We spent an amazing 4 hours in the kitchen at the riad. A brief shopping trip to a local market was just the starting point. There was an opportunity to see the local produce in a busy local market place. We picked up the provisions for the dishes we were going to make. We were guided step by step to produce a range of dishes and we learned about the Moroccan spices regularly used. After making the food, we shared tea and the delicious food. It was an amazing experience. We have some remarkable lifetime memories. Thank you so much. Fabulous!

10/10 must do - We absolutely loved this cooking class! Fatiha and her aunt are wonderful and very kind. The dishes were very tasty and we’ll try to make them at home with the recipes we received. 10/10 experience in a beautiful setting.

Best Tagine Ever!!!!! - Fabulous experience with two lovely ladies! Small group so plenty of opportunities to take part and ask questions. Buying the ingredients at the souk first was great too.

No need to look any further. The most wonderful cooking experience!! - Fati is the most fabulous host, her smile and laughter are infectious :-) Her English is great, we had so much chatter about Marrakesh and just about anything really.
We were taken to the market to buy our ingredients, cooked many dishes with Fati and her Aunt, then sat down in the lovely dining room to enjoy our dishes.
The kitchen/business premises were spacious, clean and well equipped. Fati’s aunt was on hand to offer extra help where required.
At the end we were given a surprise gift and the recipes were sent to us. We could not have asked for more from the experience.
Fati, I hope we meet again.

The highlight of our trip- super fun cooking class! - This was the highlight of our trip! Fatiha and her lovely aunt were so welcoming, super chatty and friendly. The market trip was excellent and so interesting, and the cooking class itself was so fun and we learnt so much! We cooked 6 different dishes which were all delicious. Everything was very clean and all the ingredients were so fresh (from the market!). They were both great teachers and we loved learning so much about Moroccan culture and cuisine. Thank you so much again, would recommend this 10000% to anyone :) cannot wait to come back in the future!

Cooking Lesson in Marrakech - We had an amazing cooking lesson with Fatiha and her Auntie. They were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed cooking an amazing Tajine dinner. We had wonderful and engaging conversation and a lot of laughs. Thank you so much for welcoming us with open arms into your kitchen. This was truly on of the most fun and memorable experiences during our stay in Marrakech.
