Exceptional. - Amazing tour guide. Ismaïl was super helpful with showing us the nightlife of Marrakech and introducing us to the local cuisine. We really enjoyed his company as he was our friend. Totally recommend for your tour by night and why not by day?!

Great tour with lovely Food - Really nice tour. We felt very safe around the markets with our guide. The food stops were fantastic, left with very full bellies.

Nice to hang out with a local - Recommend to do this on your first days! The Medina is much more colourful at night, and the local guide will help you navigate the overwhelming shops and touts.

Great Night Time Tour - Ismail was super friendly and provided great insight and background on history during the tour. He was also very open to answering the various questions we had about the Jamae El Fena and Marrakech life. We got to sample some of the goods from the Jamae El Fena, like olives and nuts as well as enjoy a relaxing tea with a great the rooftop view to end the tour.

Look no further… best night tour experience. - We did the night tour with Ismail and couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide experience! Showed us some of the hot spots, olives market, and hidden gems off the beaten track and finished it off with the best view of the Jamae El Fena square at night! Definitely hitting him up again next time we visit again!

Night tour of the Souks in Marrakesh, Jemaa el fna - Youssef, our tour guide, provided an exceptional night tour of Marrakech, taking us off the beaten path to explore the hidden gems of the Souks. His knowledge of the area was impressive, as he shared intriguing stories and historical insights at every turn. His English and French were very good. The tour felt personalized and immersive, even though we were in a small group, and it allowed us to experience the vibrant culture of Marrakech in a unique way. Youssef's passion for his city shone through, making the tour both educational and entertaining. Overall, a memorable and enriching experience thanks to Youssef's expertise and enthusiasm. My wife, Jennie, and myself, highly recommend this for anyone looking to discover the authentic charm of Marrakech.

Amazing tour! - very safe for women! - Thank you so much youssef for treating us and thinking of like you would your own daughters. Youssef gave us many tips to stay safe in the market area including ares to avoid and areas that are safe. He taught us Arabic words to help negotiate when shopping. He gave us some fabulous history and cultural lessons. Including sharing some of his own experiences and stories along the way. Youssef you were made for this job! Thank you!

First private tour - Very happy with our night tour through Marrakech. Although I contacted Youssef directly, Mohammed turned up on the day. At first we were apprehensive, as it wasn't the person we contacted, and Mohammed didn't appear very forthcoming. We quickly learned that we just had to ask questions, and he was an abundance of knowledge. For whatever reason, he wasn't as open and chatty as other tour guides we met, but any question we asked he knew the answer. We'd asked to be shown the real Medina at night, away from the local hot spots, and Mohammed provided us exactly that. He took us through all the back streets, a maze he never got lost in as he grew up in these streets. He knew so many local people along the way, took us into a communal bakery to see bread being made, showed us how they cooked the meat deep underground, took us into a book binding shop where the man had a book sitting on his desk dating back to the 1700s which we were allowed to view. Mohammed took us down narrow alleys, explaining why none of the houses had windows. He was extremely knowledgeable - if you asked. Almost everything I asked for was covered in the tour (didn't get to a rooftop at sunset), but I feel my requests were genuinely listened to. I asked to avoid herbal and cosmetics shops, and see more local crafting being done, to avoid the tourist routes and see the back streets, we saw so much we would not have found on our own - and got to try some tasty treats too! We finished the tour with a nice tea and Moroccan style crepe. This was our first private tour, having done mostly free ones based on tips and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to go at our own pace and ask all the questions we wanted. At no point was there pressure to buy anything (or even the suggestion to buy anything!). Thank you Mohammed for our tour.

Great tour of the market at night! - This store is absolutely amazing! Akmed is full of so much information and history on Marrakech, the Medina and the shopping areas in the souks. It made navigating the famous Square so much more comfortable for me as a Solo Traveler. This tour is an absolute must do if you are in or around Marrakesh at all especially to see the famous Square at night!
