Superb visit - Excellently organised trip to these three places. Taxi arrived on time. The driver was punctual and polite.
All three places were excellent, however the gardens were absolutely superb, an experience not to be missed. Also, the café at the end of the garden tour is really lovely serving excellent food and snacks.

Proactive, Timely and Quality Service - The owner was very prompt at delivery tickets 2 days in advance and communicating pick up time. The driver reached out early and provided good information to identify self and how to reach when we were finish with our tour. I very much appreciated proactive communication and quality service. Because of experience booked another service with the team.

Paradise - Absolutely stunning paradise in the middle of such a chaotic city! We didn't know you had to book ahead until our hotel receptionist told us, and we were really lucky to get a ticket! There are big queues, but it really is worth it. It's a beautiful garden and inspiring.

NOT WORTH IT! DO NOT BUY! Get your own tickets and take a cab. - We bought this package thinking it would be better to have someone else organize our journey for us. The experience was literally just someone else buying our ticket and then taxi-ing us to and from the venue. That's fine, that's what we paid for. Except for the fact that we booked over a month in advance and picked a specific morning time slot and were told 2 days in advance that they did not reserve that time slot and the time had sold out. Okay, so we reconfigured our entire day and made it work to do an afternoon time slot. We originally wanted 9:30 AM and ended up with 3:00 PM. We got picked up at 2:30 PM and taken to the gardens. The experience says that you can take 1-3 hours inside the garden and 2 museums. At 4:50 PM our driver texted us saying he was hungry and we needed to leave so that he could go eat, less than 2 hours after we had entered the exhibit. This was extremely frustrating. We then asked him to drop us off near an entrance to the Medina closer to our destination than where he picked us up. We showed him on a map, he insisted that we needed to go to the 'big square' and it would only be a 5 minute walk. This was absolutely not true, and he dropped us off a 20 minute walk from our destination. He could have driven around the Medina to the other side where our destination was. Save yourself the hassle and book your own tickets to the garden and museums and then take a cab. You will save money and time and be able to get the time slot you want and not have to be dropped off wherever the driver feels like it because he's hungry.

Venues are great but better book online yourself, services offered are not worth the price - Fee for booking ticket is overpriced, this is the only service provided, better to book online yourself, pickup outside zone not included. No guided tour, guide did not get tickets in advance so he had to reschedule us. Not a great experience

Viator is total ripoff —bad company - Do not book with Viator. They misrepresent that they have tickets until you pay. Then they tell you they don’t have those ticket times. You could buy the tickets at the museum sight for ticket cost. Instead they charge you ticket processing plus $50 for a cab ride. We had three people and paid $152 for a cab ride and still had to stand in line. The cab ride would have been $30 max so they chatge $120 for ZERO value. Then we had to wait 30 minutes for our cab back. They are just stealing your money!

Awful Do not book through Trip Advisor! - Do not book through trip advisor
I paid $170 & booked to be picked up at 11. We got ready and waited for the driver, he didn’t turn up instead I got a call at 11:10 to say he would book us in the gardens at 13:00. I said that was not what was advertised and that we had other plans in the afternoon so this was not acceptable. I requested a refund which he said ok too but I have checked my bank and it’s been charged! No refund pending! Not only did it ruin our day I’m now out of pocket.
