Fantastic experience - Fantastic experience from the pick up, breakfast and coffee before the flight, the flight and then a Berber breakfast on our return. Excellent trip Altoona and an amazing experience.

Amazing balloon flight - We've just come back from an early morning balloon flight just outside of Marrakesh; it's been an amazing experience and one I would have no hesitation recommending! The Captain of our balloon was not only an expert balloonist pilot but also an extremely funny and entertaining gentleman, The breakfast was really nice afterwards in a lovely Berger tent with carpets and cushions and on site toilets, Thank you to all the staff for making this a truly wonderful experience - worth every dhiram! Merci.

Amazing - Hands down amazing. I had a bit of a mix up with my reservations. So I ended up booking 2 different tours. They helped me get a refund on the other tour.

Hot air balloon ride - Amazing experience with the very lovely helpful staff in the ground plus the captain onboard, a must when you visit Marrakesh. Highly recommended this company.

Very nice - After booking, I only received information about the pick-up time after 9 p.m., and my emails asking about it were not responded to. The pick-up time was 4:40 a.m. The pick-up time in the get you guide booking was supposed to be from the hotel (the address was asked for when booking), but the organizer didn't do that, instead I had to go to a nearby place at 4:40 a.m., which made me a little scared as a woman traveling alone in Marrakesh at 4:40 a.m. to walk to the place, even though the pick-up was supposed to be from the hotel. When I asked for someone to pick me up from the hotel, the organizer responded that it wasn't possible because other guests were already in their cars - I see this as a negative point). I was taken to the place in a small bus with other participants, where coffee, juice and croissants were waiting for me. Even the balloon ride at sunrise was beautiful, the pilot was caring but also very funny and put us in a good mood - just a great guy. The breakfast afterwards was modest, just a few Moroccan flatbreads, honey jam olives, boiled eggs and mint tea. A lady from the team took photos of us or for us before the balloon ride - that was very nice. The return journey to the pick-up point was also good. All in all I am very satisfied, it was a wonderful experience.

A most memorable experience - Great and memorable experience. They contact you the night before at 9pm on WhatsApp to confirm time and pick up point as they need to check if the weather is ok for the trip. We were picked up at 5am. We had croissants and coffee on arrival and then boarded the balloon. The flight itself was fantastic with the sunrise and super funny pilot. After the flight we had Moroccan breads and mint tea before heading home. We were back at our hotel by 9am. It wasn’t the cheapest experience but it was so worth it!
