Amazing Experience no issues - An amazing experience, picked up on time from the meeting place with no issues, good communication from drivers via WhatsApp. The group was small in size and gear up to date felt very safe. Tea stop half way arround in the desert was an added bonus we didn’t realise was included! There was also no limit on quad bike speed, something by boyfriend was very please with!

Wheely great day 👌🏻😊 - This quad biking experience was great fun! There are obviously loads to choose from and we had no regrets. Our guide Yasin was friendly and helpful, he made sure we were safe and looked after and that we had a good time, he took lots of videos and pictures for us too. The tour itself was for us the perfect amount of time, about 2 hours with a stop for tea in the middle at a nice little spot with another friendly face. The scenery on the tour is amazing with decent varied terrain, and yes it is very, very dusty….but not to worry, we got the leaf blower treatment after! 😂 Confirmation upon booking was quick, you get a WhatsApp contact with the booking, I messaged them straight away to confirm times etc and got a quick reply, was told not to worry about pick-up and was asked which time of day I would like 9am, 2pm or 4pm…so there are options! Those are pick up times btw. Despite being told not to worry, communication on the day regarding pick-up should of been better. We are based in a Riad, a couple minutes walk to the nearest road, unlike other tours no meeting point was suggested prior, having not heard anything I sent a messaged half an hour before pickup time and asked, we didn't want to leave the Riad to wait at the usual spot without confirmation as we would then have no internet for contact. We didn't receive a message back until 15mins after the arranged time, by which time (9:08) I had received a WhatsApp call from another number, the driver (good French poor English) telling me “I at café”. So assuming he meant the café we met another tour at we headed there…. luckily we found him just down the way a bit at another. I realise this could of all been avoided if I had asked about meeting point sooner and you probably should if you're in the same situation, but i feel like it's something they should of taken care of. Anyway, with a slightly rocky start we got there and had the best time! Travel to get to the spot was about 45mins. The driver offered to provide us with water. Oh, and there are toilets both at the quad place and the midway rest point! Have fun! 🏍️😊👍🏻

Just ok - The actual quad biking was an amazing experience. We biked through the desert and ran into camels and sheep and it was just such a unique route. The guide helped us take instagram worthy pictures and videos which was great as well. However, the driver who picked us up and dropped us off was not very hospitable. He was texting on his phone a good majority of the time and when he was stopped by police I failed to explain what was happening leaving us worried. After the booking, we were covered in dust…I mean our faces, clothes, hands and we were never offered water or wipes to at least clear up a bit. When I asked the driver to stop for water he said ok and just continued driving. While the actual experience was great, there’s a lot to be desired as far as customer service and care.

Viator backs "no show" tour operater - Neither the operator nor Viator could tell me time the tour started. After several desperate messages, I got an answer on the morning of the tour. After rearranging our plans to accommodate their unexpectedly late start, the tour operator was a no-show. Viator wouldn't process a refund until they heard from the tour operator, and the tour operator never responded to their multiple calls and emails . . .
