Contrasts from White to Red in a day - experiencing Marrakech in a day trip from Casablanca - There is a stark difference between these two parts of Morocco - Casablanca and Marrakech - that were great to be experienced via car. Going from the white simplicity and grandeur of Casablanca to the Red City was amazing. For one with a short stay this was a great way to connect with two cities. Marrakech is a vibrant artisan town with incredible life around it. There is so much to see and experience. This trip gave a great overview of the richness of Marrakech. Gaining so much depth in a day is rare. I spent the most time with Abdel, a fantastic and generous driver. I was picked up in a Mercedes Sprinter van. He showed complete professionalism especially in light of leaving Marrakech at 3:00 am to pick me up on time at 7:00 at my hotel in Casablanca. After driving me and the tour guide (we picked up in Marrakech at 9:30) all day long, he returned me to my hotel at 9:45 pm all to turn back to Marrakech to be at home. He provided a break midway and continued to check on my confit from time to time. Well done Abdel. Mohamed Zouhair was a very knowledgeable and also generous host/guide. He is well known throughout the places we visited and most friendly and hospitable. He made it clear upfront that this was my tour and tailored it to my needs. This meant spending less time in some places and more time in others. He even added a couple places to feed my interest in architecture. His historical knowledge of not only Morocco/Marrakech but also how it played in world events in the past and present were very appreciated yet unexpected. Definitely a great way to experience the vibrant life in Marrakech without staying there.

Day 1 Casablanca to Marrakech/ Day 2 Casablanca to Rabat - When I first made the booking I was a little skeptical because I did not receive immediate feedback and the invoice was sent via paypal. However, the reviews I read were all positive. I booked a month in advance and once the payment was confirmed so was the pick up time and the dates. Our driver was Said, he picked us up at the hotel at the accorded time. Not only was his car in great condition, he was very accommodating and friendly. I asked him to stop for coffee and he did without hesitating. Once we got to Marrakech we met with our guide, Rashid. I cant stress this enough, he is GREAT. He was very educated, well mannered and very patient with our questions. He explained the sights in detail and you can just tell he enjoys his job. I told him that I love dates and figs and he went out of his way while I was at a shop to go get two bags for me. I totally recommend asking for him if you book a tour. Our 2nd day we went to Rabbat. Said was nice enough to wait for hour for an hour while we finished our tour at the Mesquite in Casablanca. We arrived at Rabat a little later than expected because it rained on the way there and that delayed us. When we got there our 2nd guide (I am sorry, I cant remember his name) was very knowledgeable. However, he did not have the same patience as Rashid. It was more of a "getting it done" experience and you could tell. We did a quick tour of the city and we asked Said to take us to a local place to eat. Not only did he take us to a great place but he also stopped on the way back because I wanted to buy some local sweets. He had a 3 hour drive back and it not bother him one bit to make a stop. In a nutshell, I recommend this agency 100%. If you are lucky enough like me to get Said as a driver and Rashid as a guide you will have a GREAT TIME. Really nice people with great people skills. I totally recommend you asking for them both!!!

FEEL LIKE ROYALTY - My husband and I took this trip and we can only describe it as amazing. The owner Saad was prompt to answer our calls and and he was very helpful and friendly. Asis the choffer came to pick up up at our hotel in time and dressed to impress. He was very accommodating and extremely respectful. You could tell he was very proud of his country and his king. The ride to Marrakesh was very pleasant. When we got there we had a tour guide that gave us a very complete and interesting visit of the city. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he was also amazing. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Sincerely,Lily

This trip was a great experience... -
This trip was a great experience. The pick-up was on time in a very nice van with a friendly driver. The tour guide was super helpful and gave us the option to rent bikes so we could see more of the city. We were able to tailor our experience and spend more time in the markets. Highly recommended.

Trip to Marrakech - This trip should have been titled shopping trip to Marrakech. The driver was punctual and friendly but it would have been ever so nice for him to have mentioned there were warm clean western toilets inside the gas station instead of letting us go to the nearest cold outdoor eastern toilet at our rest stop. As soon as we got to Marrakech we were handed off to a local guide. He asked us what we wanted to see and we said everything. In reality it was to every tourist shop in the Médina. They did accommodate our request to be dropped off at the riad instead of being taken back to Casablanca. It was a good way to get transported between the two cities with our luggage but it could have been so much better if the driver would have driven around points of interest outside the Médina. There is more to Marrakech than just shopping in the Médina. We would have preferred to have seen it.

Need better communication - Our driver and guide were friendly and patient but we lost more than half of the time we paid for. Our only instruction was that our driver was waiting "outside". "Outside" turned out to be more than a mile away and it was frustrating and stressful. It took over three hours to finally find the driver and start the tour.
