Excellent - Very organized, kind, helpful, considerate, and flexible staffs. I changed the dates and times and Ahmed has been very patient and flexible with the changes.

Wow! - What a brilliant couple of hours this was. Collected from our hotel, we had a car, driver and guide all to ourselves! We travelled to the Palm Groves, kitted out in traditional clothing and boarded our camels for an hour long ride. The camels were obviously well looked after and happy, and our guide was friendly and patient, taking photos and video for us as well as making a camel out of palm leaves to take home. At the end of the tide we enjoyed the ubiquitous Mint tea. A great trip out and highly recommended. The only negative thing to say is that the Palm Groves themselves are a bit of a dump and have building work going on around the perimeter - but don't let that put you off!
