No one came to the meeting point - We booked, and then paid for, a desert excursion. The reservation has been confirmed. We received our tickets with the meeting point which was at 5 p.m. today.
But 1h30 later no one showed up we called 10,000 × 1 person picked up around 5:15 p.m. she said she was coming and then nothing, we called three different numbers. No one gets all that done with a seven-year-old girl in 37° heat.
At the meeting point, there were a lot of tourists. Everyone was able to leave for their destination, except us, we stayed there for 1h30
Not at all serious agency to avoid,
I am requesting a full refund today,
