Moroccan Cooking Class with Karima - Karima is a very experienced Moroccan chef with a definite flair for presentation. She took us through the souks to find the vegetable vendors and we selected all the ingredients for our tangine. Back at the riad, we assembled everything and added the Moroccan spices. After we cooked the tangine, she laid out a beautiful table for our dinner. Everything was explained in detail, and she couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. We highly recommend taking her class on-line if you cannot make it to Marrakesh!🥰
