Embark on an unforgettable day-long excursion from Marrakech that traverses through three separate High Atlas valleys nestled in the High Atlas Mountains. Savor your meal at the zenith of the village, fused with a trek through the picturesque High Atlas hamlets, while appreciating the gorgeous mountain landscape.
We’ll rendezvous in Marrakech before heading southeast in the direction of the magnificent High Atlas Mountains. A brief stop for a snapshot of the oldest Berber settlement in the Tahanout region will ensue, followed by a visit to the Berber women’s cooperative. The third halt will bring us to Asni, providing an opportunity to capture its grandeur and that of the Oukaimden peak, before finally arriving at Imlil.
Upon reaching Imlil, we shall begin our stroll through the Berber communities, gaining insight into their culture and the Berber lifestyle. A visit to a waterfall seemingly secluded from civilization is also on the itinerary. The hike promises to be gentle, accompanied by a view that’s nothing short of awe-inspiring. Luncheon will be catered by our family in a customary dwelling, post which we’ll venture to the Kik Plateau and engage in a thrilling camel ride before the return journey to Marrakech.
