Fantastic customer service - The camel ride and sunset dinner with fire show was an excellent moroccan experience. What really made the trip for us was our guide Harakat and our driver Yassine who went above and beyond for us!

Amazing day - Great day! The best of all our holidays. We had chosen the camel ride, the quad bike and the dinner show, just beautiful. Our driver Ashraf is great, he told us the story of Marrakech, was attentive and above all very kind. Thank you to the whole team for making us live this experience.

Agafar dessert experience - I had to send a message to the agency just to keep me updated with the pick up time and place. The transport was a little late but otherwise it was okay. Hamza did a good job as Guide. Communicated well everyone. The camel ride, dinner and fire dance were a wonderful experience. However, we waited for quite too long to have the camel ride. I understand that we book for sunset camel ride but the pick up time could have been adjusted a bit later since the sunset it late at this season. The entire tour is about 8 hours as we got home around 11pm. But I would still recommend this activity.

Delicious meal - Our guide was great and the meal was delicious. The camels are not looked after very well and it made me sad. There was lots of waiting around which I didn’t mind as we were chatting to the other people on the tour but some people got quite disgruntled. There is a bar and swimming pool which is a nice touch. Overall I recommend this tour.

The camel ride, dinner... - The camel ride, dinner and fireworks was very good but a lot of waiting with very little communication from our guide Harakat . Also, on our way back our driver had 2 extra girls ( who were not part of our group) and he played very loud music and the girls were singing and dancing loudly , extremely unprofessional…. Especially when the return was ~11 pm rather than 930pm and all of us were tired and sleepy .

Easy, accessible, friendly tour to get a "desert" experience. - We took the tour with Quad Africa Maroc in April 2025. Good communication with our guide, Harakat, from the beginning; he was super friendly and good with our two young kids. We thought all the stops were worthwhile and enjoyed all of the activities - the women's cooperative that makes beauty products from local ingredients was really lovely (with tea and homemade bread and dips) and the desert camp was also cool. Some facts if you're thinking of going on this tour with children: - Timings are not always as specified, people go by "Moroccan" time. Our guide tried his best but everything took longer than advertised (e.g. return was 11:30pm, not 9pm). - Dinner might start anywhere between 8 and 9pm. - You spend 3 hours+ at the desert camp; it depends when your camel ride is, if there are delays due to high winds/low visibility. There's enough to do, but it is a tourist stop, with nothing else for miles. My suggestion is bring games for the kids. I do have two things to say to keep this review as honest as I can: the camp is a purpose-made tourist attraction in a bit of desert - the people there are lovely, friendly and kind, but this isn't an authentic experience next to red sand dunes, staying with a nomadic family and sharing their meal. We took it at face value and enjoyed it. It's still a special setting: seeing a fire show under the stars with fresh tea, after a gorgeous meal and music. Our guide was great; the one thing we would have appreciated would have been clearer communication throughout. We don't mind waiting or delays, we just want to know about them. Overall, it was worth it (honestly, the price is cheap for what your get); the kids loved the experience and we had a really good time.
