Very nice experience and very nice meeting with Abdallah our driver - Simply magnificent 🤩 our driver Abdallah came to pick us up from the hotel, accompanied us in the hot air balloon, served us breakfast and took us original photos and took us back to the hotel, very friendly and good advice, a great meeting!!! Alex, our pilot is very professional and very friendly too, don't hesitate to do it, it's a great experience!!!

Must do in Morocco - We got picked up at 4:50am by Hamada, best driver we’ve had in Morocco! After a few minutes arrived on location, had a quick debrief, tea and started out on our balloon trip. We were also offered to buy a video for 30 euros which was worth it. We had an amazing experienced pilot Jonathan who made the trip even better. Highly recommend this company! 10/10

Excellent private ride for the two of us - My wife and I treated overselves to this private ballon ride and fully enjoyed it from the first to the last minute. Pick-up at the Hotel (by Abdelma), first coffee and croissant at the camp, the ride itself (with pilot Salah) and second coffee/snacks on the balloon (Sharaf) - everything was great, friendly, very well organized and absolutely safe. We had cloudy weather, but still had great views and calming atmosphere. Would do this anytime again.

Fantastic experience, such a peaceful trip! - Fantastic trip, we were picked up by Hamada just after 6am, arrived for a croissant and coffee before and incredible balloon ride with our pilot Alex. The views were stunning and the ride was so smooth. It’s unbelievable how quiet and peaceful it is once you’re in the air. Can highly recommend this to anyone visiting, it was a wonderful experience. Tasty breakfast after the ride before being dropped back to our riad.

Such a smooth journey into the sky. Will stay with me.. - We got picked up by our friendly driver exactly as arranged at our hotel for the flight at sunrise. He told us about the balloon ( named 'Hotel'- the company, running since 1990, seems to have named balloons after the phonetic alphabet, one of them is called Mike:-)). We were taken to our destination outside the city and greeted by the pilot and friendly team with welcoming croissant and coffee or Moroccan tea in a tent. Early morning is chilly but some blankets were available and toilets on hand! Soon we were taken to our balloon and our driver even took a video of us smoothly taking off! What a wonderful, peaceful experience seeing the sunrise over the mountains and standing in the sky with a panoramic view of Marrakech, the desert, and the atlas mountains. Our pilot has a contagious love of ballooning in Morocco and pointed out local features, keeping us supplied with any info we wanted on the mysteries of this form of flight. We were prepared for the landing but it was very gentle and our drivers had already found our landing place. Our driver showed us around the village we had settled near before taking us back for a lovely breakfast with lots of fruit, yogurts, a variety of breadd, spreads and boiled eggs. We had time to chat and reflect in what a lovely experience we had, before going back to our hotel. On route, our driver told us more about Marrakech and the upcoming world cup 2030! Thanks to all for a wonderful experience.

Amazing experience for the family - We were collected early from our hotel by Saber, who took us to the balloon site. We were kindly provided with an upgrade, meaning only our family were in the basket. Bashir was our pilot who explained how to operate the balloon and provided facts about the flight and Samir provided drinks. We were in the air for around 50 minutes and had a safe and calm flight and landing. Thanks to everyone for a fantastic experience.
