Fantasia plus - Caravane Du Grand Erg was the operator for our Marrakech Moroccan dinner and live cultural show. We had a lovely dinner in beautiful surroundings, followed by the fantasia horses/riders performance, trick riders and belly dancer. Our driver Abdul was excellent; picked us up on time at our location and returned us to same after the evening's festivities.

Go - it’s great - but check the price is right first! - We visited on New Year’s Eve and on the whole it was a really great night. The show itself is spectacular and there were fireworks at the end to celebrate the new year. The food was really good and there was course after course. If you’re going to book though make sure there aren’t going to be any extra charges. I was messaged the day before we were travelling to Marrakech to be told that there was an extra £50 per person to be paid because of it being New Year’s eve. I could understand this - it being New Year’s eve -and we were there for about an hour longer for the same reason. I’d rather have known about this up from though. For the extra price we we’re pretty used a bottle of wine. When we got there, the waiter seated us at a table which was also set for other guests. We weren’t aware we were sharing and in the end no one else turned up. This sounds really petty but it was the way we were rudely shown our seats. We moved in the end because, the other seats at the table were much more comfortable - not sure why we weren’t seated there in the first place apart from the rudeness factor. We asked about the wine - got a disinterested shrug then had to sit there for ages watching everyone else in our tent be offered drinks and having various orders taken. It was beyond rude. However, our taxi driver had hung around to make sure we were on and tried time after time to get us the promised wine and eventually he did succeed. He was amazing - the waiter was not. We were served last with everything - it was almost as though we’d made trouble for him by turning up at all. In summary. The show is amazing. The food is great. The taxis driver was outstanding. The waiter was unnecessarily rude.

It was not so good except the place and ambience - The place is good; but the food is not good, not worth the amount or no taste at all; and the show by itself is basic and not worth it
