Highly recommend - Very good experience. Well worth the early pick up and great value for money. The tour guide and bus driver were very friendly, informative, and had great time keeping. The balloon rides especially were amazing and pamukkale is definitely worth the visit. The bus is modern and clean and food was good! Highly recommend!

5 star experience to Pamukkale and hot air balloon ride. - Considering we booked the trip extremely last minute, less than 12 hours until we got picked up from our hotel, the communication was second to none. Within an hour or so we were contacted by the team for a pick up time. Both Ali and Soner were incredible! From picking us up at 2.40am, informing us of the itinerary for the day ahead and getting us safely to the hot air balloons in Pamukkale and back to our hotel in Marmaris. The experience was a once in a life time and the views were absolutley spectacular. Ali had lots of useful information to share about Pamukkale which made the trip even more enjoyable as the guide was so passionate about informing us of the facts and interesting things regarding the places we visited. I would strongly recommend the trip to anyone and everyone as it is a MUST SEE!

Pamukkale Day Trip 5 ⭐️ - From the start it was an amazing experience. We booked late at night and rapidly received info on time and place of pick up. We got picked up from outside our hotel in Marmaris early at 02.40am and were greeted by a very friendly Ali and the driver Soner. Ali looked after us all day during our trip to Pamukkale. First we went on a hot airballoon and omg it was amazing! We then had breakfast and a tour of an onyx stone workshop. We then proceed to the ancient ruins at Pamukkale and Ali gave us a tour of the city. His knowledge throughout was amazing and we all learned something new. We then had lunch and Ali told us he had arranged a surprise wine tasting session for us which was amazing. All in all it was a wonderful day with a wonderful guide and I would 100% recommend that you do it if you have the time.

Amazing trip! - The hot air balloon was great, we seen wonderful views of the Pamukkale as well as the rest of the landscape. Pamukkale was a fantastic experience getting to see the historic ruins and bathe in the clear Cleopatras pool. Ali was a great tour guide, he had good English, great local and historic knowledge and not to forget good taste in music! Soner the driver also gave us a comfortable and very safe ride. We would recommend this trip.

Excellent pamukale - Both guides kerem and Ali, are knowledgable and pleasant gentlemen, happy to impart all kinds of knowledge about pammukale, cleopatras pool and many other topics also. The balloon was thrilling exciting and fun.

Pammukkale Hot Air Balloon - From start to finish Shahim our tour guide was amazing. Was given so much information about what was going to happen so we knew exactly what to expect. His stories and humour only helped make the day. Would recommend this experience to anyone.

Longgggggg day - The good part was the airbaloon. Amazing. The bad part, bald tour guide had 2 personalities, angry tyrant and then normal. Be prepared for a 17 hour day. Doing a lot of nothing, pummakale is cool, I suggest swimming in the natural pool instead of tour guide.

Important to know what you are booking - The hot air balloon ride was incredible and worth every cent. Even the early start didn't deter from the experience. I highly recommend this adventure. It was peaceful and beautiful. The team managing the hot air balloon were professional and helpful. The rest of the experience was disappointing. The vagueness of the schedule allowed for a number of stops not mentioned in the booking and quite frankly dampened the lovely experience in the morning. We made several unannounced stops - all places trying to sell us something which added an additional couple of hours to the trip. It was very frustrating as we wanted to get back to our holiday, instead we were been sold onyx, jewellery, wine and other food products. We def did not sign up for this. The entire day was almost 16 hours not 12-13 as advertised. My time on holidays was precious and I did not appreciate someone else choosing how I spent it. The champagne breakfast mentioned was fizzy cherry pop, the guides excuse was no drinking - not before breakfast. Breakfast was a Styrofoam box with a juice box, a bagel, some packeted cake with jam and cheese sachets. Coffee was extra. This was in a roadside shack. Our guide was abrupt and impatient and caused a lot of confusion with lack of information. there were several people on our bus unhappy. I suspect that was reflected with lack of tips at the end of the trip. Additional money was asked for on the bus to access the pools. Please include this in the price. No one has cash on them so we stopped at an ATM which charged €8 for the privilege of using. Our morning experience was gorgeous but we were fed up by the time we got back to our hotel. Clarity is important when you are taking peoples money and time. Providing a clear schedule outlining exactly what the agenda is imperative. Ensuring your guide has manners is surely a given. Would I recommend a hot air balloon ride, yes to everyone, would I recommend this package, I'm sorry to say I wouldn't.

Awful don’t happen and wasn’t told of cancellation until an hour before . Our trip was booked for months - Trip was cancelled and wasn’t told until an hour before our trip to which was 2 am may I add and was told of cancellation at 1 am , Not informed by Viator but by the operator of the trip. Cost in all was £490 I’m yet to get my refund . One man said it was because of the weather another said not enough people had booked to make it worth their while. Terrible service, unpredictable as to whether they will show up or let u know in plenty of time of cancellation. Never book book this balloon ride you could be very disappointed.
