Mothers Beach - You will start the tour from meeting the guide at mellow sandy Mother’s beach. The guide will tell you about the local environment and marine life, kayaking/paddle-boarding techniques and safety while enjoying peaceful atmosphere of Los Angeles boaters realm.\nAfter that you will board on kayaks and/or SUPs and paddle towards the main channel of the Marina. On the way you will be able to observe all the beautiful and extraordinary boats and search for sea lions, birds, dolphins and other marine life (these are the wild animals and we can’t guarantee that you’ll see them, but in majority of the time we do). \n\nThis is a small capacity tour with limited amount of equipment (we have 4 SUPs, 2 double kayaks and 2 single kayaks). Please indicate your choice during the reservation in order to secure the preferred equipment.

Sea lions galore - We had a lovely kayak with Walker! The marina is beautiful and we saw lots of sea lions. Walker is very knowledgeable and the weather couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend!

Awesome day, awesome guide - What a great kayak trip! Our guide Walker was awesome - very knowledgeable about the sport, the area and the sea lions. He was patient with everyone who was a beginner and made the trip enjoyable and relaxed. This was well worth the money and I would highly recommend.

Unmissable! - Walker was a fantastic guide, really helpful and friendly. We had a leisurely ride through the Marina, feeling very safe and managed to get up close and personal with the very cute sea lions! It was a great experience and I’d highly recommend it!

Meh - At the end of the day, I wouldn’t do this trip again. My daughter was glad we saw sea lions, but we paddled medium/hard the whole time trying to keep up with our guide. And we’re sporty people with lots of SUP experience already. Our guide was too far away from our group to talk to us about anything. We took an all day bus tour of LA the next day and it was fantastic. I usually love every TripAdvisor tour I take, so this was a let down.
