Awful experience, wasted money - Boat was filthy, guides were high whole boat smelled of pot. Guides basically ignored us and only talked to each other, hoping they didn’t have any babies they didn’t know about. This was a terrible experience. Don’t go.

Horrible service - I've booked a boat ride for my family (myself and my three children). I've made the payment and got confirmation for a ride that starts at 5pm on the 25th of September 2023. I got at the meeting place where they sent me at 4:30 (no body appeared way until 5:30, I called customer service more than 20 times and texted repeatedly, only once a person picked up and asked me to text my tickets, I texted my tickets but the guy didn't respond at all, I got frustrated as calls are not answered, texts are not responded, nobody appeared and I was standing there with my children for 1.30 hrs with no response. At 6:30 a person who said is a captain texted that he will be there, but never showed up and responded. After all this mess as my kids get tired, I had to request for refund and cancelled. I will never recommend such a bad service to anyone.
