Great trip in the Keys - We booked the snorkeling tour at the reef but it was too windy to go. Instead we got to visit an island where we could swim, snorkel, kayak or just hang out on the beach. We found lots of cool shells and saw lots of huge hermit crabs. The boat ride was fun on the tiki boat. Cody was great making sure everyone had a drink or snack. Captain Candace was awesome.

Captain Pips is an exceptional organization. - We did not stay at Captain Pips but we did go snorkeling with them. The staff and experience were beyond exceptional!!!!! A third party booking platform that Tripadvisor is using cancelled our reservations w/o our knowledge the day of the excursion. The ladies at the front desk did everything in their power to get us on a boat and they succeeded. The experience underwater was breathtaking and the crew we sailed with went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. Overall there aren't enough positive things I can say about the Captain Pip organization and our excursion that day!!!! They made our vacation for sure :)

As advertised, plus the extra mile - Had a great day for snorkeling. Captain Rob and Hope were very polite, kind, knowledgeable, and just good people in general. Trustworthy company.

Very nice experience - Lovely experience. Captain Candace and mate Cody were very friendly, personable and accommodating. Water was too rough to snorkel at intended location, so they gave us the option of canceling/rescheduling, or going to a different location. We chose to go to the small island that the company owns and although the snorkeling there is not fantastic, there were still interesting things to see and it was still a great experience overall.

Captain Pip’s is wonderful! - Very professional, good equipment if you need it, a lot of fun and very safety conscious. Captain Candace and Mate Jesse are the best.

Best snorkeling trip on the Keys!! - What a great excursion this was! So many fish and even a turtle! Rob and Jessie were fantastic! I would highly recommend this trip. Sombrero Reef had tons of fish!!

Excellent 3 hour trip - What a great time Captain Rob and 1st mate (I have to apologize for forgetting the young ladies name) made us feel very welcome and comfortable. A short ride to the reef after a quick and thorough safety briefing. Crew on constant watch of the group and checking each person off and on the boat and whilst in the water. Once back on board lots of drinks handed round. Cannot rate this high enough. Great trip and a great crew

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VIATOR - DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VIATOR - - this is less than half the price if you book through the tour operator directly or simply show up to the dock. Viator hosts Attractions4Us which will literally charge you more than double, and they will not refund you under any circumstance. But a great snorkeling trip.

Cheaper 3-hr snorkeling trips available on Marathon besides this company. - There are much cheaper, snorkeling companies in Marathon that do the exact same trip as this company that charges $130 per person. Other companies were charging approximately $50 per person for a three-hour tour. The water current was really strong which was fine as long as someone would’ve told us prior to jumping in the water.
