We’ll embark on a journey together, exploring the enchanting spaces where Mani Wise Prosecco Superiore is conceived. At the property’s Wine Bar, set against the vibrant backdrop of verdant hills, we will delve into our philosophy as winemakers and custodians of these stunning surroudings. A trek to the peak of the age-old hill will unravel the essence of heroic viticulture and Prosecco DOCG. Subsequently, we’ll savour two varieties of Prosecco Superiore and the estate’s Pinot Grigio, complemented by traditional local fare.

Wine & Food
We’ll be serving two kinds of Prosecco Superiore DOCG and the estate’s Pinot Grigio, accompanied by toasts with suppressed or other cold cuts from our own production. We’re more than willing to modify the menu to suit dietary restrictions, allergies or special requirements (vegan and / or vegetarian diets) upon request. For kids and teenagers, we’ll arrange delicious organic fruit juices.
