Manilva Wine Tour - The tour guide was excellent and provided very detailed information about how they run the winery. We got a tour of the operation and we were very impressed. The wine, cheese, ham and crackers after the tour was wonderful. The scenery around the winery is beautiful

Excellent tour! Learned lots and tasting experience at the vineyard was exceptional - Wonderful experience! The advance instructions were excellent. We met Magi, our friendly and informative guide, at CIVMA. On the tour there I learned so much about the science behind wine making, in a thoroughly understandable way, and why I like certain wines and not others. More than I have learned in many other wine tours in other countries. The history of winemaking in the Manilva area was fascinating as was the information about what Nilva is doing to carry on the traditional methods of winemaking in this area. The tasting was at the vineyard with spectacular views and a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed all of the wines and the tapas with Magi. We would highly recommend this experience!

Versatile wine tasting - Great informative tour of a small winery with a small scale winemaking. Everything was included here, the history of the place, winemaking history, cultivation, winemaking and wine tasting in a beautiful place. Interesting and educational.

NILVA wine tour - Loved the wine museum and the vineyard. The wines were excellent. Maggi our tour guide is so passionate about Nilva & that really added to the experience. Anyone going to the tour give yourselves an extra 30 minutes to get there as parking is hard to find.

Very informative and fun - Very enjoyable and informative Maggi did a great job showing and explaining to us about the wine making in the area. The talk in the wine museum was followed by a wine tasting with cheese and ham in the vineyards with great views over the med.

Lovely guide, great wine, worth the walk - Marie was the loveliest women!! So knowledgeable and a made it a great experience. The guided tour starts in the wine museum and then to the winery. She explains the process of wine making from grape to shelf. You can even have a go corking the bottle! Then we moved to the second site where unfortunately you need a car and we didn’t have one. We had to walk 15-20min. The guided wine tasting was great with some nibbles that complimented perfectly. Overall, a lovely way to spend your evening and a great small business.

Fabulous wine experience - We had a fantastic time. Magali (Maggie) was super, enthusiastic, funny, pasionate about wine and wine growing in Manilva and the people who work in the area. Our appreciation to Argimiro for keeping these wonderful wineries open and in production. The scenery was gorgeous, we learned about wine making (not much in Ireland sadly) and had a few glasses of different wines. I was fond of the sweet wine and should have bought a bottle , maybe I can get one shipped to Ireland? Forget about the beach , forget about the cites and the restaurants and visit this little gem for a really nice time. thank you , Johnstons from Ireland
