Easy and smooth tansfer - The driver arrived 5 mins earlier and helped with my luggage. GO Airlink will send a link to your SMS to enable live tracking of the driver's location (if you have a north american tel. number). Overall it was an easy and smooth tansfer to airport.

DELIGHTED WITH THE SERVICE - I was in a bind about how best to get myself and my luggage from NYC to Newark airport for a trip abroad. (I'm 83) My regular limousine service had raised it's price considerably. I looked for a shuttle service. One I had used years ago was out of business, so, I took a chance with GO Airlink NYC. I even took a chance on reserving the return trip when arriving at 5AM!! I was astounded and overjoyed at how great it was! There was no problem at all either way. On the contrary, the service was de luxe with amazing cars and drivers ON TIME! I'm very happy and grateful and delighted to give them a good review. Thanks for reading and THANKS GO Airlink NYC!

Better than a taxi - Booked a shared transfer from the UK to take us from Midtown Manhattan to Newark Airport. Good communication from the company. I didn’t receive the driver and car information email because the hotel lobby Wi-Fi was rubbish but the driver Maria came and found us and helped us with our luggage. Nice roomy luxury minibus and we were the only passengers. Tip for booking from the UK - the website didn’t like a UK postcode when entering the billing address so I just used the hotel US zip code. Would definitely recommend this company.

Nice surprise! Ordered a shared van, got a Private Car instead! - Ordered a shared transport for myself and my Son from Manhattan to EWR, to my surprise, instead of a shared van we got a Tesla private car that picked us up and dropped us off outside our departure gate!

Don’t use vans as advertised - Could not use the service. They advertise as using “clean, comfortable vans”. A Tesla Model Y showed up. I own a Model Y - not big enough for this trip. Also, while I was aware this was a shared ride (they scheduled another rider with my party of 2) it wouldn’t be an issue with a “comfortable van”. But squeezing a driver, 3 passengers, 3 full sized suitcase and 3 carry-ons into a Model Y would hardly be “comfortable”. So this would have been a no-go right there. BUT you have to read the small print - there is a limit of one suitcase per passenger. My party of two had four suitcases as part of our three week trip. I didn’t read the small print, but the two confirmation calls I received verified the time, number of people and the pickup address, but neglected to confirm amount of luggage. So I will technically take the blame for having more luggage than the small print, but even with max luggage allowed we all would not have fit. This was certainly not a “comfortable van” scenario as advertised.

No Refunds - I ordered a shared van ride. The last time I ordered a shared van ride and there were no other passengers they sent a van anyway. This time my driver called to say he was early and asked if I could be ready. I told the driver to wait around the corner since my apartment is in front of a bus lane. In the pouring rain (and I mean pouring) i walked around the corner with my luggage. I waited for about 10 min.and then went back to my building to wait inside. Finally the driver pulled up to my building in a Tesla. I asked for ID because I was a bit apprehensive since i was expecting a van. He had no Go Link ID so I told him I thought it was a scam and told him to leave. I called Go Link and they said that was my ride and I was a no-show and charged me for the ride. I said they should have notified me of the change in vehicle and they said they did. While I was talking to the driver of the Tesla is when they sent the text about the change. And they would not refund my money. Horrible Horrible company

Awful company - We was waiting to go to the airport. We were due to be picked up at 3. I got a bit worried so I rang about 3 as we hadn’t heard anything about our pick up. They told me they was busy and would be their around 3.20. Still waiting and it hadn’t arrived so I rang again at 3.35. They told me it would be another 20 mins. We couldn’t wait this long as we had to be at the airport at 4-30. I cancelled our taxi and recorded another taxi from else where. Absolutely shocking company. Please don’t use.

Did not show up - It was freezing cold and we were standing on footpath waiting. When transfer still had not arrived 10 mins after the arranged time I phoned and was told they would be there in 5 mins. I waited another 15 mins before phoning again and was told vehicle would be there in 20 mins. Hotel Concierge then arranged a vehicle for us so we did not miss our flight. I did receive a refund from Viator.

50 minutes late—don’t trust them! - Terrible service. They showed up 50 minutes late. I’m not sure I’m going to make my flight. Their excuse was traffic—it’s New York City so, they should have planned better. I called to see if I could get a refund, and instead of immediately telling me yes, they kept me on the line because they have to get approval which isn’t guaranteed. The fact that they even hinted at the idea that they wouldn’t give me a refund is outrageous. They did offer me a refund, but by that point, the driver had finally arrived. The driver is very nice and friendly, and she did keep in touch with me, but all she could tell me was that she was stuck in traffic—not good news. I would definitely NOT TRUST THIS SHUTTLE COMPANY unless you want to have anxiety, and have to sprint to catch your flight. I sure hope I make it.
