Good value for money - It was good, well organised, clear, good food, opportunities to add activities. The accommodation is rough and ready but for the price it was a good deal.

Wonderful experience in Amazon jungle - I went for fishing, Caymon spotting in the night, jungle walk, saw some of the birds and animals during the boat ride and swimming in the river. But did not see pink dolphins as mentioned in the itinerary; I stayed in Ipanema lodge instead of Juma lake lodge. Food was good. Overall, it was a good experience and I really enjoyed it.

Good but not to organize - I contacted this agency via Whatsapp to book 2D1N at Ipanema Lodge + ayahuasca ceremony and the communication was very scarce and little. I had many doubts before making my reservation given their poor attention to detail. On the day of my activity they were late for me and communication was still very poor. Once the experience began, everything was amazing. To be honest, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the jungle. The guide David and Ever were super nice and I really appreciate that they take care of nature, respect it and teach us about its wonders. The stay is very modest, don't expect an amazing hotel...live and enjoy that you are in the middle of the Amazon and you have a roof to sleep under. Meals are sufficient and fully covered. Be prepared for plans to change as weather, light and jungle conditions can change itineraries. On my return after my stay in the jungle I had to cancel the ayahuasca ceremony because the organization and lack of seriousness that the agency gave to this activity was terrible, they had scheduled me for another day, they did not know how to give me the instructions to prepare me to do the ritual, they did not know who was going to pick me up, they did not know how many people would do it. I asked for my refund and they told me they would not do it...even taking into account that the times they coordinated themselves did not allow me to arrive on time for the ceremony. That bothered me a lot but I decided to keep the good experience in the middle of the Amazon. If you want to do activities with this agency, I recommend that you go for the adventure without stressing about the itinerary, schedules or conditions and just live it. They are good but not to organize

Watch out for the operators. - I was led to a different lodge than the one I booked. It wasn't that the lodges I was shown were very bad, I was able to have a decent experience and accommodation, but I was unhappy to think that the lodges I had booked had a better experience.

You don't get what you paid for - The overall experience was mediocre. Mostly because of the fact that they cheated us. We were supposed to stay at Juma Lodge but on the day of the trip the guy (his name is Eduardo) who came to pick us up from our hotel told us that there was a problem with generator at Juma Lodge and we could not stay there. He offered us two options: a total refund or accomodation in Anaconda Lodge. We had no choice but to agree to a change, because we would not be able to find any other Amazon tour at such short notice. Unfortunately the place where we arrived looked way worse than this presented in the offer of Juma Lodge. The whole place looked unkempt, the swimming pool was filthy, the bedding in the rooms was torn. The food was monotonous and there was little choice. The staff was nice and helpful but unless you speak Portuguese or Spanish you won't be able to communicate with people working there. Our itinerary included pirania fishing and cayman watching which was pretty daunting since it lasted around 3 hours on the boat. We only enjoyed the jungle trekking. On our original way to the lodge we were supposed to see the meeting waters but since we were moved to a different lacation, we couldn't do that. Fortunately, after speaking to the staff about this, they eventually offered us a private boat tour to see the meeting waters on our way back. We read some reviews about the place and we found out that this is a common thing for this company to move their clients to different accomodations. Overall, after reading so many positive reviews of Juma Lodge we expected to spend a really wonderful time. Instead, we were stuck in a rundown place which is definitely not worth the money we paid for it.

Worst travel experience I've ever had - I hired a package with this receptive to fulfill a dream of meeting the Amazon in a special jungle hotel, which would be the fulfillment of a dream was actually a nightmare. 1° the trip would be for September 2024, they called me a month before and it was not the receptive I hired was another company who called me without prior notice that would be another receptive. Days before the trip I contacted to know if it was all right and it was confirmed, upon arrival was already a third company named ( Anaconda ) and to my surprise in the middle of the way Mr. Eduardo who identified himself as a tourist guide but without registration in the MTUR, that is, fake guide, informed me that the hotel accommodation would be another and not the Ipanema that I had hired, when arriving at the place we were received by a gentleman who was practically in bathing suits, bermuda falling showing the intimate parts, no shirt, smoking ... I imagined that it was a guest but was from the hotel itself and the first information was that (look, vcs know that electricity here is provided by generator and only works from 18 to 6 in the morning is not?) This was making more than 40 degrees with a feeling of 50 degrees at the end, it wasn't the worst, dirty place without hygiene, the dirty appliances with spider web with the spiders predating beetle, ant on the bed, a horror... more the worst was yet to come... all the tours hired none of them was executed as described. I hired a piranha fishing tour, focus of Jacaré, trail to see wild animals like lazy beast, tucans, exotic birds.....absolutely nothing....he also informed that he would use a covered boat and was provided with a rabeta in precarious conditions with water entering, fully discovered in a sun of 50°, on the tour that would be Canoeing to Remo to see the sunrise did not exist, they put me in a rabeta that broke in the middle of the river and stay the drift...see photos below. To sum up the opera, absolutely nothing I hired was offered. The last tour that would be the bath with the boots is to know the meeting of the waters before what happened I requested cancellation but did not charge me anything until today. Mr. Leonardo initially offered me to give up the tour and he returned everything but this offer came when I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the jungle and I only had that date to do the tour that I programmed a whole life, the solution offered by him would I vomit and be in total loss of a trip that I struggled a whole life to carry out, go to the Amazon only to recover what I paid him and lose the whole trip given that I would not have another date nor time to hire another receiver. Upon returning to town I tried to locate the agency headquarters to solve personally and Leonardo gave the excuse that I would be traveling ... I couldn't locate the headquarters. Obs. I filed everything in sight via pix and asked for the voucher of the services contracted and until today I hope, be careful to hire receptive and oagar value itegrau, nor the voucher of the service I received. I do not recommend to anyone this Amazon Amazing Tours receptive, it was a disaster my trip... my greatest frustration is that I am a tourist guide, I have receptive and I will provide services for 20 years formally and by negligence I contracted the service of a true clandestine to be any respect and empathy with their clients.

It is a very misleading - It's a lot of deception. First, it is not JUMA logde the name of the lodge is Ipanema, they do that because there is a Juma lodge , that is very good. The place is dirty and poorly maintained. The water of the bath leaks into the room. And the worst, the food is not enough for everyone. The only good thing was the guide
