This area boasts one of the largest manatee populations globally. During the winter, hundreds of manatees gather in the springs, offering a unique opportunity to observe these magnificent creatures up close from a paddle board or kayak. King’s Bay offers more than just manatees, so regardless of the season, there’s always a reason to explore the waters! An excellent map is provided to help navigate the bay easily, allowing you to save money by not hiring a guide. A detailed map review is conducted before launch to ensure you know how to reach the springs and where to spot manatees.

All rentals come with paddles, life vests, and a comprehensive map! We handle the delivery and pickup of the vessels at a launch site conveniently located near the shop, so there’s no need to transport any equipment.
