BEST TOUR AND GUIDE!!! - My daughter and I loved, this tour!! We Had the best guide, Gloryma!! She was super knowledgeable, made us feel safe, we had a great time!! This tour is highly recommended, be sure to ask for her

PR off the beaten path - Had a great day exploring with our guide, José. Vega Baja has a beautiful beach, the water was super clear the day of our excursion. The river and caves are a physically challenging but unique experience. José was gracious enough to take tons of pictures for us and we never felt rushed. If you are looking for something off the beaten path, this is it!

Amazing tour of the Puerto Rico north coast - We booked the lagoon and beach cave tour, and our tour guide was Glory. We had a blast on this tour. We were apprehensive at first as the morning started out with heavy rain but by the time we hit the first stop, the beach caves, the sun had come out. Glory picked our family of three up in her vehicle. She had snacks and water for us and the hour drive out to the beach was really pleasant. The first beach was so beautiful, although we could see some of the devastating damage from Hurricane Maria. We first climbed up coral rocks to take in the view. I wouldn’t recommend this climb to any one who isn’t comfortable with hiking as the rocks are very sharp. We are two adults who regularly hike and our teen daughter is fairly fearless. We then took a short trail to the beach cave which was so cool and we got lucky that the water levels were low enough that we could enter the cave and splash around. Glory then took us to a local river and lagoon, however we were unable to experience this part of the tour as the river levels were too high and it wasn’t safe. Glory clearly took our safety as a first priority and we really appreciated that. We stopped at a local restaurant and loved sampling all the various dishes and getting to know Glory a bit more. Our last stop was another local beach that had natural coves due to the rock formations and it was just so beautiful and fun to swim in the calmer waters. Our daughter cut her foot on a rock and Glory had a first aid kit handy. We loved doing this tour and really getting insight from a local who was so proud to show us around her beautiful country. We would have had a hard time getting to all of these places on our own and feel so lucky we got to experience them with Glory. We highly recommend this tour to active adults and families with older kids. It was so fun and adventurous!

Great time by all! - We loved it all! Seeing the hidden gems of Puerto Rico from caves to waterfalls to jumping off rocks!

Awesome - My Aunt and I went on this tour and had an awesome time! Glory was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the area and went above and beyond to make our day special. It was a very unique and personalized experience. We were only in Puerto Rico for the day since it was one of the stops on our cruise. The tour was very different from the type of tours offered through the cruise line away from the bus loads of cruise passengers. We had such a great time and highly recommend Glory as a tour guide. Hope to come back next year and will definitely be using this company to see more of the island.

Caves, beaches and food... - Caves, beaches and food were amazing. This tour was excellent and we were treated like family. The food at the remote restaurants was delicious and affordable. We highly recommend this tour and company!

Would have loved to seen the lagoon caves.... - Tour started 2 hrs late. Split up group of 6 in 2 cars instead of using a van. Did not visit any of the sites that we booked. We visited a few spots along the river and a beach, bought lunch at a roadside stand. No snacks or water provided as mentioned in tour. We enjoyed ourselves and made the best of it, but it was not the experience we paid for.

No Lagoon Caves Disappointment - Our tour started almost 2 hours late. We were split into 2 cars, instead of 1 minivan for the 6 of us. We did not visit any of the lagoon caves or spots listed on the itinerary. The main guide/driver was upset at us for their mistake. The other driver was friendly but spoke very little English. We were never offered snacks or water as listed on the itinerary. We visited a nice small beach for a little bit and stopped at a few areas along the river. We were very disappointed to have booked the caves tour and not see anything on the itinerary. We wasted 2 hours waiting for guides when we could have been exploring the town or waited to get off ship and had breakfast. We had confirmed times and details several times prior to arriving and had confirmation from them as well.

Money taken, yet no trip. - Well, I didn’t get to see anything. We booked the excursion days in advance, and we supposed to be picked up at the hotel at 9am. At 9:30 we had heard nothing so I started contacting the company. No response. Still have not had a response. Take your money elsewhere! I’m trying to get mine back.

Booked excursion, never heard from the Company. - Don’t do it. I booked the Lagoon, Caves, and local beach day tour 2 days in advance. We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at 9am. At 9:30, I started reaching out to determine the problem. I never heard from anyone, so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. Very poor customer interactions.
