The farm tour is both enjoyable and informative, led by our field experts who will explain the methods of chemical-free farming, the challenges of transforming a desert landscape into a green oasis, and offer opportunities to harvest fresh produce. Guests who wish to linger after the experience can relax under straw canopies on charpoys, watch the clouds, fly kites, or play marbles.
The subsequent culinary experience features a 9-course, pre-plated, plant-focused meal that is a blend of artistry, freshness, and flavor. We elevate the hyperlocal, seasonal approach by bringing the farm-to-table concept to life – over 90% of the ingredients are freshly harvested from our farm, having only been touched by soil and sun, never a refrigerated truck!
