Jeep safari on Gozo - The jeep safari was fantastic and George, our driver, was absolutely brilliant, providing us all loads of information about what we were seeing and giving us thrills along the way in the true essence of what a jeep safari should be! The boat trip over to Gozo was great and we were taken in to the beautiful blue lagoon to take photos. Lunch was provided including wine and water if wanted and was lovely. The only problem we had at the very end was the 40 minute wait we had for transport to take us back to our hotel once we were back on Malta. 40 minutes was a long time after an amazing packed day. It felt that after such a fantastic experience we were left stranded with no communication and no idea of what was happening. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this adventure!! 😊

The best boat excursion in Malta and Gozo! Blue Lagoon and Caves via boat, the Gozo via Jeep and lunch! - This was probably the best excursion we have ever been on! I researched the hundreds of options for boat tours from Malta, due to having a toddler with us. So glad I chose this one. Firstly communication with the organisers was amazing, helped me decide on whether to bring our travel car seat for our little one. Which we did, so helpful! We were picked up round the corner from our hotel (ours is quite off the beaten track too, up in the valley!) lovely driver, air conditioned mini bus which our car seat fit in. A few stops on the way to the port but probably only 5-10 minutes longer than if we had gone direct. Driver checked names at each stop ensuring everyone was picked up. At the port we met the other mini buses and were warmly welcomed and directed to the boat. They helped with the toddler boarding and were kind and helpful throughout. The Captain (Captain Chris) told us the itinerary for the day, toilets located on the boat and white wine and water free for the entire journey. He told us where we would be dropping anchor and where swimming opportunities would be available (he’s quite the comedian too) on a speaker too so instructions were loud and clear. I believe he also then translated for a party in another language other than English away from the speaker from what I could gather. This seemed very hospitable and helpful. Plenty of space on the boat, plenty of shade for the little one. Only about 40 people on a good size boat. The boat was clean and well kept. All crew were lovely! The white wine was actually quite drinkable and ice cold! You could buy coffee and other soft drinks if you wanted for a small cost. Ladder down to the sea for swimming stops, the waters were amazing! Stopped in St Nicholas bag where no one else was for a completely private swim! Then on to the blue lagoon which is always busy but Captain Chris found a quiet spot to anchor so people could swim and also the option for speed boat tour of the cave for €10 a person. We chose not to because of the little one. But we had fun swimming and on the boat! Perfect length stops at each lagoon! Captain Chris gave great commentary and historic info during the tour. Oh and the fresh water shower to rinse off after a swim was so nice! Once we reached Gozo we welcomed and assigned a Jeep and driver (very well organised and quick!) we had Johnny who seems a bit of a celebrity and understandably so he was absolutely fantastic. Again we installed our travel car seat in the Jeep no trouble and headed for lunch. Lunch was at a restaurant, we were well looked after. Huge buffet! So much food available, pasta, rice, bread, lovely tomatoes and cold meats with the best and freshest tuna I have ever had! And beautiful watermelon to finish. People are idiots and rush and crowded the buffet despite the tour guides trying to tell them there is no need to rush and plenty of food was available. But people are people! We sat down at our allocated table and waited for those crowding the buffet unnecessarily to sit down! All the food dishes were replenished constantly by the restaurant staff. Cold water and wine was available and believe some people bought chips for their children. Toilet facilities were also useful before we headed off. You can never please everyone with food but for lunch the food was fresh, plentiful and we were more than happy! If you are fussy don’t expect to ever be happy with a small scale lunch set up. We are not fussy with food and we enjoyed lunch, appreciated the local and fresh quality and the effort put in to making sure we were well looked after. Our toddler also enjoyed 3 helpings of pasta and bread! The Jeeps were so much fun! Gozo is simply beautiful and the history is incredible. Johnny is a local and you can see why he is so proud of the island he has grown up on. His knowledge was brilliant and when our little one fell asleep on route he parked us in the shade at the next stop so he could finish his nap in comfort. He woke up we all had an ice cream and off we went again. Johnny offered to take pictures for us, showed us all the best spots of Gozo and told us so much about the history and great facts. Then back to the boat for the journey home. More wine and water available the whole way home. This trip is worth every penny, I honestly don’t know how they do it for such a reasonable price! Thank you so much for looking after us so well! We thoroughly enjoyed the trip from start to finish. Especially with having a toddler, it can be hard to navigate these adventures but you made it so easy for us. So well organised and value for money. We cannot wait to come back!

Tour was canceled - Nothing. The tour canceled on us the afternoon before. It was confusing as they kept sending messages about the pick up point and getting my voucher, all the way up until the morning of “the expected tour”. And now they are asking for a review?
