Great way to see Malta - Hop on Hop off bus was handy. The Harbour cruise was great. Very informative and lots to see. Toilets and vending machines on board the harbour cruise boat which is convenient.

Great Malta Cruise - Great tour with great scenery. Friendly staff and well organised with a clean boat. Very interesting when viewing Malta. A must for any visitor and will definitely do it again if we return for another holiday

Disappointed - This was a very disappointing tour as the commentator was so brief there was no history included. All my experiences around the world on hop on hop off buses included much information about the various stops. Waste of money!

Not so good experiance - We cannot here well speaker, they don’t respect schedule, staff was very rude. Overall bad experience and I would not recommend it!

Not recommended - This is one of the bad Hop on Hop Off bus experience we had. The bus frequency was hourly with no information or schedule provided to us, so it was a wait & watch for us. Both bus routes are bit unorganised and to be honest we felt like we were wasting our time being in this bus. Some of the buses were dirty and uncomfortable and there was not much information on the audio guide The harbour line was a good experience and overall all the staff members ,except one driver, were very helpful and cooperative. I would suggest to take hop on hop off only if you have extra time to kill and just want to take a bus ride.

WORST HOHO EVER! - The good first! The free harbour cruise with a two day pass was excellent although we did have to get a public bus back to our hotel which nobody had told us about. The North and South routes are very confusing and we were not the only people who thought so. If you choose to Hop off anywhere there is not another bus for an hour. On both days we managed to visit Valletta and one other place and this was starting at 8 in the morning and returning at 4.30. Today we visited Valletta and Vittoriosa. We didn’t have enough time to eat and sightsee and ended up sitting on the bus for 2.5 hours to get back to our hotel. With hindsight we should have bought 25€ public bus for 7 days. We could have hopped on and off as much as we wanted. Having been on HOHO buses all over the world this was our only negative experience.

DO NOT USE - rubbish - DO NOT USE!!! The buses were always late. Only one an hour. The rival buses were every 30 minutes. Sometimes the buses did not turn up and the rival company managed to get us back. We could only do 2 places in 9 hours due to waiting around!!! Headphones often didn’t work and when they did the information bore no relation to what we could see.

The ticket we had wasn't... - The ticket we had wasn't 'registered' with the tour company so they had no record of us having paid. Called VIATOUR and the person on the phone said they would get in touch with the tour company to help us get the situation sorted. I am still waiting for a reply from them, 6 weeks later. I would not recommend buying a ticket through this website and buy it from a seller at your holiday location.

Money thrown away. - A big fiasco. Waited over 1 hour in ST Julien to take us home to ST Paul. Turned out we had to take a bolt. Took the most expensive thing they could offer. Waste of money. . Aren't they what they promise. My recommendation is not to buy these buses.
