Jungle exploration - I joined a jungle trek in Taman Negara. It was more fun than we expected, and a very satisfying day! The day before, the driver will contact you via WhatsApp. We left at 6am and returned to our hotel just before 7pm. We left early in the morning, but I was able to sleep well for about 3 hours during the trip and saved my strength. I was able to come home earlier than I expected, so I could use my time effectively. At first we trekked for about three hours. It's a jungle adventure, meeting plants and insects like you've never seen before! Even though I don't usually exercise much, I managed to climb it. It's a little hard with so many stairs, but the sense of achievement is perfect. The rapid shooting (a boat ride through the rapids) on the way will leave you all wet! It was a lot of fun. Changing clothes is mandatory. The experience of visiting an indigenous village was also very refreshing and precious. I really recommend this for those who love nature or want to have a little adventure!

A visit worth the drive! - As we were in KL for a few days we really wanted to explore some nature and noticed this excursion. The day started early at 6am as its about a 3-3,5 hours drive to the starting point. Our driver Sathia drove us quickly and safely to the park. It was a fun drive with some great tips on things to see and do in KL. There were some stops for coffee so dont worry if you need your fix of cafeïne on the way. Arriving in the park we met our guide Fifi who guided us through registration and then walked us into the park. As the canopy walk is closed due to damage you'll trek instead to 2 viewpoints. This is quite a climb in the Malaysian climate so be prepared and take some water. The path is mostly covered with wooden platforms and stairs, but in the hot weather you will sweat for sure. The best days to go are apparently Wednesday and Thursday as the weekends are very crowded and you'll meet big groups of people at the checkpoints making it harder to make good photos. After descending we went by boat to the Orang Asli to learn a bit more about the local people. Afterwards we went back to the starting point by boat. During this you'll probably get wet so bring a change of clothes. At the starting point we received a nice Malaysian lunch which was very tasty. Sathia then drove us back to KL and dropped us off. The drive back was comfortable even though we had a lot of traffic into KL because of the weekend. Would recommend if you want to do something else than seeing just the city of you are in KL.

All day in Taman Negara from Kuala Lumpur in July - we’ve expended an intensive day in Taman Negara. The route experience in private car both to go Taman Negara as return to Kuala Lumpur with Ms Tina was good. The Guide of tour at Natural forest was good too he explained a lot of things during. However we were disappointed that Canopy Walk tour (one of the best thing is this experience) was not done. It was closed and we had to do a long and intensive trekking full of stairs instead for one hour and a half that I do not recommend it all. I do not like that we were not advised about that.

Taman Negara - Good excursion through Malaysia in the Taman Negara Jungle with a private taxi driver. The only drawback is that you have to get up a little early.

Beautiful excursion - The hike was very good, but you have to be in good physical condition. Beautiful scenery. The village was very interesting and we ended up with a boat tour where we were totally wet (you have to think about bringing a spare outfit). The drive (quite long from Kuala Lumpur - 3h30) was nice and we received plenty of tips and sightseeing ideas from our driver Sathia.

Excellent tour to Taman Negara - I highly recommend the jungle tour. Aru was a fantastic driver and tour guide. Very friendly, knows everything about the history of the country and, of course, about the animals in the jungle. Be sure to do the hike into the forest and the speedboat ride. I would be happy to go with Aru again anytime.

Amazing expidition to Taman Negara - The day started bright and early with a 5:30 AM pickup. The drive was long but smooth, thanks to our driver Mike, who even brought pillows so we could catch some extra sleep. We made a quick pit stop where Mike treated us to some snacks and a much-needed coffee. Taman Negara National Park was absolutely breathtaking. Though the hike was tough — with intense heat, lots of steps, and serious elevation — it was an unforgettable experience. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. Quick tip: bring a change of clothes, because you’ll get soaked — from both sweat and the river. And don’t forget to pack plenty of water! After lunch, Mike drove us back, with a few restroom breaks along the way. All in all, a challenging but incredibly rewarding day. Highly recommended!

Great trip - Great trip! Long ride but our guide-driver Siva was excellent. He was punctual, attentive, drove safely and gave lots of info. The jungle walk was a stretch but worth the effort. Visiting a native tribe was very interesting. Last but not least - we had so much fun in the boat ride.

Nice experience - I want to thank you the driver because he was very kind and recommended many places to see in Kuala Lumpur. The Taman Negara experience was nice, but we expected to see some animals during the walking.
