Upon arriving at MPH, head to the Arrival Exit Hall. Look for the Southwest Tours staff at the designated booth in the airport parking area. They are easily recognizable in orange uniforms.

Show your booking reference number or voucher to the staff. They will confirm your booking, help with luggage if necessary, and direct you to your assigned vehicle.

Land Transfer to Caticlan Jetty Port
Board an air-conditioned shuttle or van for a brief ride to the Caticlan Jetty Port. The journey takes approximately 5–10 minutes. All port and environmental fees may be pre-arranged, depending on your package.

Jetty Port Assistance & Boat Transfer
At the port, a Southwest staff member will assist you with terminal check-in and boat boarding. You’ll board a motorized boat or fastcraft for a 15–20 minute sea transfer to Boracay Island.
