Excellent service - Incredible experience. The entire bus was excellent and no words about the service of the driver Francisco Amaya. He really taught us a lot and gave us many attractions to visit. It totally exceeded expectations and I recommend it to everyone.

Everything perfect, let's respect it for sure. - We arranged an excursion for my daughter's class, 5 years old, those who were able to attend plus the little brothers, daddies and mommies, total 30 kids, 4 babies and 27 adults, driver, Francisco Amaya, WE COULD NOT HAVE A BETTER TIME, BOTH THE KIDS AND THE NOT SO LITTLE! Super happy, we will repeat for sure. Thank you very much for everything Daniel for your attention.

Discover Malaga with Carmen from stop 5 Paseo del Parque - The best way to see Malaga and its bay, but above all, Carmen, her employee at stop 5 of the tour, is excellent with many tips, very pleasant to deal with and very friendly.

Great value ! - Really good value bus tour, I've done them all over the world and this was one of the best. We went for the 2nd option, which included an hour long catamaran trip (the Regular boat was out of action) , the flamenco dancing, which was excellent, and a few museums. The green route to the botanical gardens was a bit of a waste of time, and by the time we did the blue route it was a bit late in the day to enjoy it. Thanks to Andre, by the boat, who went through everything with us. We would never had done the flamenco if he hadn't recommended it

A regular experience - We took the bus in Malaga today, Sunday the 21st, and we were not happy at all since the driver filled the bus to the brim, so you only saw the side you were sitting on. When the headphones told you: you couldn't see such a monument on your left. because the bus went from boat to boat. Apart from how dangerous it is to travel like this Therefore it was not a good experience. That's because I always take this bus in the city I visit. This has never happened to me.

Mixed Opinions - I would not agree that this open top bus tour is a total waste of time but I think Malaga does suffer because of its layout: the most interesting things to see are actually tucked away and not viewable from the bus. Contrast with somewhere like Barcelona where there is a lot to see without even getting off the bus. For anyone trying to get their bearings on the first day in town then probably recommended but if there are walking tours or even better a food tour always go with those options.

Nearly impossible to actually use in Malaga - I want to start off by saying that in general the City Sightseeing service is great and I've really enjoyed using it in other cities like Cadiz. I recommend downloading the app to browse the different packages and services. If they have a few museums or attractions you're interested in seeing, it may be worth it to you just for tickets. Now for the rest. TLDR: We spent 3+ hours getting ghosted by these busses before giving up and walking back to our Cruise ship because this service is practically impossible to use. We had ~7 hours ashore after an earlier tour with another company and wanted to check out the Automobile museum. I spoke to one of the City Sightseeing staff at Malaga Park about how to get to the Blue line and she said I could either transfer at Red line stop 1 or get on from a Blue line stop someplace else. They didn't have any printed maps available so I checked their website and the closest Blue line (stop 4) was across the street from a Red line stop, so we decided to 'hop on' the Red line. When the bus arrived, the worker on the street wouldn't let us on because it was too full and said another bus was right behind it. 30 minutes later we squeezed onto another packed bus for our two stops. We would have just walked if she hadn't told us it was right behind the first bus. Blue line stop 4 (Centre Pompidou) is listed on the company's website, but spoiler: IT DOES NOT EXIST. We saw a kiosk with a sign saying they sell tickets, but couldn't find the sign for the stop. Since the bus was supposed to come every 30 minutes we decided to just buy a few snacks at the kiosk and wait to see where it would stop. ~45 minutes later we hadn't seen any buses. I downloaded the City Sightseeing app to look at the schedule and found that THE BLUE LINE ONLY HAS 3 STOPS! Stops 4 and 5 listed on their website and maps do not exist anymore. We walked back to the Red line to take it the whole way round to stop 1 and transfer to the Blue line. We got there a few minutes before a scheduled bus, but didn't see anything. We waited until the next scheduled bus. Nothing. A few minutes after the third scheduled arrival, some City Sightseeing workers arrived and said the next bus was on the way. A few minutes after the 4th scheduled arrival, another packed bus with people standing in the aisles arrived with no room for passengers, so my dad and I gave up on seeing the museum and walked back to the cruise port while we still had time to make it on foot. If I had realized sooner that the bus service was going to be such a mess I would have made other arrangements, but as it stands I spent most of the day waiting at bus stops. I wish I could get a refund, but Google Maps says I rode the bus for 800 meters so I guess that's what a ticket gets you in Malaga.

A disappointing tour of a beautiful city - Very disappointing indeed. Although a commentary was provided by headphones, the trip itself could not have covered more than 2 miles, and it took more than 1 hour and 20 minutes. There were so many stops it felt like more like a glorified public service bus route. For example, the bus hardly spent any time at all on the beautiful promenade, preferring instead to pick up more and more customers from less attractive areas of the outer city. The driver actually got off at one point, and went into a cafe! Very poor value at 25 euros a person, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Stay away ! - Chaotic and not worth the money - had to get up due to too many passengers on board. The audio guide was too low in city traffic and because of the noise from the bus! We gave up halfway and regretted the waste of time.
