Great experience - We would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for the trip to the Biokovo Mountains on October 14, 2023. Not only was the weather very good that day, the company we booked, with the very friendly and nice driver and his well-maintained car, was also a guarantee for a good trip. Once again, praise goes to the driver, who drove very carefully and safety-conscious. We can only recommend this company and the driver.

Super!! - I really enjoyed the Skywalk and Sv. Jure tour from Makarska. The bus driver was very skilled in navigating the route up the mountain. It was a tad scary to ride up, but the van driver was COMPLETELY calm and friendly! He was entirely skilled in driving this route. He even guided us on the nature walk (he isn’t a tour guide yet showed us the route). We had ample time at all the stops. I can’t say enough about how SUPER this tour was for myself and mom. I am so happy I went! Biokovo is the mountain seen behind Makarska Riviera. I would NOT advise taking your personal vehicle. It is much better to simply pay the reasonable amount for the tour plus admission ticket. This experience was 10+++ I might recommend going directly to the Exploro Tour counter (located in a little gift shop right on the riva promenade somewhat nearby Restaurant Mucrum). I was so pleased with the Biokovo tour, that I signed up for Plitvice Lakes the following week. Again, he was a very friendly driver and it was quite a distance. We still had more than ample time to explore Plitvice Lakes. He drove us three hours each way - and didn’t seem annoyed with my willingness to practice a bit of the Croatian language. This experience is another 10+++ Ensure you have cash (not online entrance) for the admission tickets. When being picked up, ensure you’re not late or you’ll hold up guests from another location (and late goers should be left behind). The bus driver was at the agreed location within ten min timeframe. Breathtaking - The skywalk is amazing and the views are magnificent but no toilets so make sure you go before you set of !! Chose a tour that includes going on to the summit ( some don't) its so much better and only pay up to 300 kunas each well worth doing!!

Pick up time bit unclear - Driver spoke good English and was nice and helpful. Easy short trip with kids to very beatiful place. Only thing could've been better, way pickup time could be more clear.

Done - Such a great and "in"-infrastr. - it can not deserve 3*!!! But some critics are there: 25EUR for a ride, with servo? clima, hopping the lines also? What are the mentioned guraranties, as we know so wel defined cancelletion termns? Bianco guaranties aren't good to left free if the unsatisfied taker is a quantifier :) Just Engl. is far too less, since the guests are speaking 2-3languages. And what to do 3h if someone refuses to be carried like a cow through every next, but from the beginning vrucial, happening. With such infranstr. you could do 4x more, 2x money, 2x service qty. good luck

The view is nice and the construction work done is wow. - The 3 hours means 2,5 hours on the minibus and 15 minutes on site - which ks actully quite ok, as there is not much to see actually - 15 minutes is enough. Air conditioining, well I’m sure the Sprinter had it when it was new 30 years ago :)

Catastophe, never again - today we arrived with 2 small children, the attendant said that we had to pay the entrance fees as soon as possible, by the time we paid they had already given us the tickets an hour late, and even when we called the helpline, the lady was not willing to refund the money for the service that we did not use, that is, we paid 16 EUR and we were not even given another appointment on another day, because today we had to go back to the hotel to sleep we were tricked by the staff and tricked by the lady on the helpline that she would refund our money disaster, never again

Very bad experience - Made a booking last night via Voucher had no pick up time. Contacted Exploro and a lady told me (quite rudely) it was impossible I had a booking since the trip was fully booked and anyway they never worked with TripAdvisor. My voucher was not her problem. Wasted a lot of time trying to find out what was wrong and we decided to wait at the general time announced on the website (8:30l. Called Exploro again at 9:00 hoping to speak to someone else. In vain, this time she said TripAdvisor probably used their name to make publicity (??) but they had nothing to do with them. Just got an e mail from TripAdvisor saying Exploro asked them to refund me. Why such blatant lies costing us so much time and hassle ??
