great transport service, with a smile - nickie is super responsive and always helpful, the booking was so simple and easy, fixed rates and answered all questions we had. we had more trips during our vacation, and Jack, our driver, was simply the best, good atmosphere and very attentive. we traveled with a 5 month old baby, so even got a baby chair for us. fully recommend nickie!

Relaxed and good trip travels - All trips in Phuket trip was through this travels only and it was a mess free travel. Flexible to on the at stop places as well

No visit again - The hotel has invested little in the rooms since it opened. There are still no LED cosmetic mirrors (although many guests complained (very bad lighting in the bathroom). No mangos at breakfast even though it was in season, only a small selection of fruit. There was always a lot of staff at reception, unfortunately with a lack of English. Kokula pool/restaurant 80% loud techno music all day, not guest-friendly. Children with diapers in the pool - that's a NO GO. No one from the staff checked it. Unfortunately, a lot has changed since the beginning. The seafood buffet was excellent, though.
