Highly recommend! Would use them again! - This was a great experience even though it wasn't an ideal day to snorkel! It was ugly and rainy outside with the seaweed over taking the ocean. We were offered a refund before we even went out on the boat day of. We declined and I'm glad we did! We took our 7yr old and 5yr old out. This was their first time snorkeling. They had a life ring for my girls to hold onto and basically pulled them around. We were able to see a ton of beautiful fish. The waters were too rough for the turtles that day but our guide still tried to find them and directed us around the reef to the best spots. After snoekling we remained on the beach and before heading back to the ship! It was right at 1.5hr. Which was plenty of time. Highly recommend! Only thing I recommend is to check your email prior to getting a taxi so you can tell them exactly where to be dropped off at. I didn't have the wifi package on the ship so I didn't get the email or see it until after. I should have checked while at port.

5 Stars & Great value - We had an awesome time and saw a large sea turtle, 2 sting rays and many tropical fish. The pictures they took were great. We were very happy with the excursion and the kind guides.

Sea turtles - Very fun experience, we took the trip during our spring break cruise. The guide brought us to different areas and we got to see a sea turtle up close in the wild.

Snorkeling was fun, but the rest... - The snorkeling adventure was fun. But the whole island is a price gouging tourist trap. $5 for a 600ml bottle of water from their restaurant partner. Should be $1 in Mexico. Take your water, do the adventure, get back to the ship. Don't waste your money on any thing else there.

Bucket list complete! - One of my life goals is to swim with a sea turtle and our guide found one that me and my family enjoyed watching for about 30 minutes. It was a true joy!

Snorkeling and turtles in Costa Maya - Getting there was fairly easy - We took a group taxi ($5 per person) just outside the port. We were welcomed to the beach area where we grabbed Nachos and drinks was we waited about 30 minutes for our snorkeling. The only thing that got a bit overwhelming were the number of times we were hit up to buy souvenirs, massages, knock off Rolex's etc. I understand its to be expected and no one was too aggressive, just practice saying "no thank you." Once it was our turn we were taken to our boat for a 5-7 minute ride out to reefs and had a guide come into the water with us to help us see and find sea life. The turtles was awesome! (And a lot of fish too). This was a fun trip. Afterwards we relaxed on the beach and eventually headed back to the ship.

Turtle snorkel w family - This was fun. It’s a little shady to get to- but thr cab driver was direct and fair with pricing. The boat operator and the dive instructor were both nice. There was a storm that morning so the water was rough. We didn’t see any turtles, stingrays or starfish. We did see beautiful corals, fish and lots of cool reefs. I think if the water was smoother we would have seen more. I wish they had a spot to change into dry clothes available. Some guy took us to a bathroom down the road and charged us $1 each to use it and change clothes. It was pretty shady- lol. We ate lunch there and it was pretty good- but we were pestered like crazy to buy things while eating on the beach. I think I would have just gone back to the main port area after the excursion if I would have known.

Cancelled from bad weather, was not told prior to wasting money on cab ride - Received a message from tour operator 30 minutes prior to start time confirming the tour. Messaged back the tour operator as the weather looked bad, did not receive a response. After paying $80 dollars for a cab ride to the location for my family ($5 per person each way) was advised the tour was cancelled because of bad weather. The tour guides on were on site seemed very nice and apologized but whoever runs the tour group should have just cancelled the tour and not have me waste time and money on a cab ride
