Loved Jhonny and what a Great Day! - Great day with Jhonny. He was a sweetheart. We paid for a guide at the ruins but didn’t mind and Johnny just thought they knew so much so we went for it. Also had a great afternoon on the beach. Great food, cold drinks, shops, and even a massage. A great day.

Fantastic experience! - We had a fantastic time! Our tour guide was very helpful and amenable to our needs and made the experience much more fun because we had a small group size! Highly recommend!

Johnny was amazing!! - Johnny was the man!!
He wrote our name on a white board so we can easily find him when we exit the gate. He took us on a fully air condition drive to the ruin. That meant a lot in the 90* weather. Once we get to the ruin, Johnny personally took us into the ruin, we did not have to pay extra for a tour guide at the gate. He took our family photos and very engaging the whole time. On the way back he also stop by the side of the road where we can grab some local pineapple and coconut. He ended our tour by taking us to the beach with excellent food and service!!!

Our Ship skipped the Port! - We planned & booked this experience and even paid a deposit. However, with just a week's notice, our Cruise Ship - The Scarlett Lady changed our port from Costa Maya to Belize. I spoke with Jhonny and he refunded the deposit with no questions asked. I will definitely book with them again if we ever get to Costa Maya.

Royal Caribbean Day Visit - Jhonny was an exceptional tour guide. He was waiting for us with my name on a white board so we could find him as soon as we exited the port. We first went to the Chacchoben Ruins (45 min drive) to explore (bonus, we saw monkeys!). We then asked for lunch off of the beaten path and he took us to a friend's restaurant. The ambiance may not have been for everyone but we enjoyed the food tremendously. Way better then port/resort food. After lunch was the beach. We stayed for an hour even though he said we could stay for 2 hours if we wanted. Conversation was good. Taxi was clean and we managed to fit 4 large teens and 2 adults.

More like 'transportation' and not 'tour' - There was nothing wrong with this, but I wouldn't call this a tour at all. It is just a driver who takes you to the ruins and walks around with you. He didn't comment on the ruins other than friendly small talk. I HIGHLY recommend getting one of the local guides for another $40-45 pre group when you go in if you want to know anything about the ruins as the info signs are very minimal as well. Other than that, it was easy to meet the deover and they were very mindful of our cruise time constraints.
