Amazing culture and history - The guide had so much knowledge of all aspects of the archeological site. The ongoing preservation was wonderful to see. Great tour!

You should choose this one. - The history and the sights were amazing. Our guide was awesome and explained all the fun things we saw. Such a cool experience. We got to stop at a road side fruit stand to try some local fruits. I still think about that mango with Chamoy sauce. The best part was the history of the place. Such an amazing experience.

Wonderful tour! - Our guide Saul, being born and raised in Chacchoben, was able to give us a glimpse into what life was like growing up in the area. His knowledge of the ruins and his personal experience exploring them as a student made our tour come to life. Even the drive to and from the ruins was a great experience as he explained the history of his hometown and even showed us where to get a traditional Mayan meal for lunch. Saul made our tour exceptionally great!

Perfect Day - We had a fabulous experience on this excursion, all who participated said it was the highlight of our Western Caribbean cruise. Another group was supposed to join my party of five and we waited for them but they didn't show. So we had a private tour, which was great. Our guide Selena was part Mayan, and we had a much more authentic experience because of her. She was very generous in taking many pictures of us, and we had the honey pineapple tasting, salsa tasting that others described, plus a trip to Mahahual beach. Plus, we learned about Mayan food and the Mayan culture. We had a MUCH more authentic and personal experience than those that purchased excursions through the cruiseline. Plus, we were offered water, soda and beer, plus snacks. Highly recommended!

It was just a great... - It was just a great experience! Never thought we’d do something like this, and the small group and our guide made it so memorable. Highly recommend the smaller, off cruise line, experience/excursion.

Our port visit was... - Our port visit was canceled due to unsafe port conditions, wx. Viator refunded our money without being asked, Will look for this company in future port visits. THNK YOU for being a very fair company.

Great Experience - Tino was an excellent driver who met us entrance to the port. Drinks and snacks were provided. Both guides were knowledgeable about the Mayan ruins. Tino stopped and let us sample banana pineapples. Great experience Inwould definitely recommend their service as our party of Five had our own tour guide.

Amazing tour and fantastic tour guide - We had the best tour guide ever - has been doing it since 1995 so of course he was full of great information! I think his name was Louis (forgot to write it down) thru Turismo De Adventura excursions from Royal Caribbean. We walked away with so much history, knowledge. He had us close our eyes and he did a bunch of diff sounds that would have been heard during the time of the Mayans. It was just awesome. The ruins itself are amazing in themselves and well worth taking the time to visit.

Great Vaule - Best value, best driver, best tour guide. The guide really knows his history. Great personality. Provided snacks and waters. I would highly recommend this company.
