Great tour!!! - I loved my tour. First time driving an ATV and loved it. Great people, very nice and respecful. Very humble and they took great care of us. The lunch was great and i was not expecting the time on the beach to be private and relaxing. Two hours of everything you can eat a d drink. Chairs in the water to enjoy the sun without getting too hot. Definitively will do again.

Great day at La Chilangaloense - Great day at La Chilangaloense. The owner is focused on customer service and making sure her customers have a good time. The ATVs where a nice lead up to the beach.

ATVs in Cozumel is a MUST DO! - I truly enjoyed this because we actually road the local streets. So we saw local restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. The ATVs go fast if you want them too just be careful with the small potholes. We got to ride them a long time. The lunch they served us was amazing! I had the chicken burrito. The open bar was great! The beach was beautiful and warm! Would totally book again

What a great day in Costa Maya! - Easy to find the meeting spot but is a LONG walk from the ship. They provide specific instructions, map and video. Once we got to the restaurant where we were to meet, we were able to use the restroom and were offered cold water or soda. They were so friendly. Our guide was great but spoke very little English. This was not an issue at all just as an FYI. My ATV stopped a few times and I could get it to start again and then one time, the guide had to adjust it. We stopped a few times for photos or anytime we wanted to take a picture. We rode on local paved roads, beach roads and jungle roads with lots of potholes and speed bumps. I enjoyed seeing all of this. We rode for about an hour. Stopped at small beach club with chairs, loungers and cabanas. The loungers were uncomfortable but I just put a few extra cushions in mine. The drinks and lunch were delicious. They had showers and bathrooms inside that we could use. They were basic but clean. The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful. I would recommend this tour and would do it again. We just loved it. Thanks to the whole team!

Ok but not the best.... - Done lots of ATVs before and these were in good shape and they did give helmets for safety. Tour start at a restaurant down the street made no sense and was a waste of time. Tour was ok but mainly on main roads, most with lots of potholes. Never really "off road." Ended up at a small restaurant at the beach but couldn't enjoy. They tried to stop us at another restaurant and make us pay first.

Best part was the ATV tour - ATV ride was awesome, Beach was beautiful clear water but beach furniture needs replaced . The food and drinks horrible restaurant bathroom dirty needs a lot of work. Staff was great.

Very rude staff at the resultant - The ATV ride was wonderful! After is what was bad, the bus driver dropped us off at the wrong spot and we had to flag him down to then take us to the correct restaurant. Once we got to the beach restaurant, they asked 5 different times about my tickets & what they provided, and seemed really confused as if I didn’t book it. We finally got drinks and food but then after being rude about the tickets, they chased us down the street for a tip. They also thought I didn’t know spanish so they were talking very rude about guests in spanish thinking we weee clueless.

Tour is lacking. You will be disappointed. - We were disappointed with this experience. The tour had ATVs that had maintenance issues. Alignment so off that I was worried it would break and someone would crash, bald tires, engines that regularly stalled out, and no safety goggles as the site indicated. I ended up buying sunglasses from a local vendor so all of my party would have some type of eye protection. Helmets with straps that didn't work. the tour included time riding through "city, beach, and jungle". The only "jungle" was on a stretch so short I had to think back if we had any "jungle" on the ride. The beach was super dirty and disappointing. I have enjoyed many of my tours while cruising but this one overpromised and underdelivered.

Terrible excursion - For $200 we received 1 beer that tasted like a bag of nickels. Had to wait for the tour guide to get to the venue. We road down pot hole filled muddy water roads nothing great. Brought us to a sketchy beach full of trash. Insisted we go to a spot for drinks for drinks that were clearly his family or friends business drinks were terrible. Then he just dropped us off at the restaurant that supposed to be all inclusive unlimited food and drinks the drinks were literally just juice the food was gross. The server only brought drinks when we walked around to find him. Never again!
