After being picked up from your hotel, you’ll be transported to Mae Sai, the Thai-Burma trading boundary. You’ll cross the Sai River to enter Tha Chilek, the Burmese town, and experience local Burmese village life.
Travel around Tha Chilek on a rickshaw and explore its Shan-style temple. Then, journey around the town via its lanes and side streets. Your tour concludes at a local market known for goods from Southern China, Burma, and Laos. A meal will be served at a local eatery.
Continue your trip to the Golden Triangle zone, the meeting point of Thailand, Burma, and Laos borders. Embark on a long-tailed boat ride around the Golden Triangle and appreciate the grandeur of the Big Mae Khong River joining the Ruak River to form the “triangle” with Laos, Burma, and Thailand.
You will be returned to your hotel at approximately 4.00pm.
