Toledo full day trip - We did enjoy the tour. The bus was comfortable, the excursion was well-organised and thought through. We didn’t have to worry about long lines at the entrances or entrance tickets. Klara’s guidance was interesting and informative but not too much loaded with boring figures. I would definitely recommend this agency to my friends.

Amazing but be aware quite a tough walk - What a pleasant day. The town is so old, and still has so much character. The cathedral is amazing. The group ear buds worked well. You should be aware that the streets are narrow, steep and cobbled, and maybe difficult if you have a disability or just trouble walking.

Fun day in Toledo - We enjoyed the full day trip. Be ready to walk a lot. The drive was comfortable and fast. We could hear the guide very well through the headphones. Opted for a lunch on our own and were happy with the choice.

A Solid Tour - The sights were lovely and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and knew her history. She gave clear instructions and was very patient with our group. However, I wish they divided the group: one guide for Spanish speakers and another for English speakers. I docked off two stars for that, as we booked a full day tour and it was from 10 - 15:30. We could have spent more time there if we didn’t have to repeat everything the guide said in Spanish, in English. I also wish we had more free time. Especially at the Cathedral. It’s so beautiful and I wish we had spent some time on our own there.

A Better Process is Needed - Through no fault of the guide that did his job well, I cannot recommend this tour. I had read reviews prior to booking that noted frustration with the dual language delivery and group size and decided to give it a try anyway. Not only is it extremely frustrating, but it is also time wasted. The size of the group coupled with the wait as long explanations in a language not understood is given, simply lead to disengagement and wanting it to be over. In essence 40 minutes of information is stretched to 80 minutes or more and nuances of discussions are lost in the back and forth. At the end, 18 minutes of 'free' time was left to explore the square. More time had been allotted to an unnecessary built-in bathroom break at a souvenir shop on the ride to Toledo. A 25-minute stop, 45 minutes into a 60-minute drive. We signed up for a tour of Toledo not a forced purchasing break. A second tour guide to split the group according to language would be the simple solution and serve the tour guides too who are doing double duty. The current process simply doesn't work well.
