We learned a lot from... - We learned a lot from this class about Paella, the cultural context and history. It was a great experience with all recipes to take home. We'll definitely remember Lola when we make our next rice. And yes, the wine was flowing!

Super nice cooking class in a nice atmosphere - The reception by Lola was very friendly. In general, I found the mood very pleasant and positive throughout the course. And I've learned a few things, too. Overall 5 stars + for quality, generosity and kindness.

Highly recommend!!! - Amazing experience!! Lola was top notch chef/instructor/hostess. She was knowledgeable, welcoming and planned the perfect dishes . Everything was explained clearly with interesting background and stories explained throughout the class. Delicious food, and fun & friendly environment -would absolutely recommend !!!

Highly recommend - This class has been a highlight of our experience in Madrid! Lola was fantastic…knowledgeable and very personable. She made the food preparation very accessible for all and we left feeling like we could create the meal back home. We went as an extended family (grandparents and teenagers) and everyone loved it! Highly recommend!

Solo traveler attending Spanish cuisines cooking class - I had the best experience doing this cooking class, it was just pure fun, lots of tips from Chef Lola, amazing group as well. Oh and so full that night too with all the Spanish food we cooked. Highly recommended to one of the best things to do while in Madrid.
