Living it up with the King of Paella - This was a super fun experience making traditional seafood paella, becoming educated about what makes a “proper” paella, eating tasty tapas, making our own sangria (which went down far too smoothly!), and just having a fun day in Madrid. Loved the aprons for the king or queen of paella that we got to wear as well!!

Seafood paiella - Went may 2024 with wife and kids (all over 18).it was a group of 8 so we met some new friends there and we all meshed perfectly. Best 2.5 hours we’ve had in Madrid. Our chef Paulo and interpreter/Host Marco were awesome. First they covered the history of paella from Valencia, and then we moved on and the drink sangria. A couple of tapas were served and we got right into making the homemade sangria. It was phenomenal. We all took turns making and then we soon were drinking our concoction! Then the paella was started we all chopped, added and cooked the seafood paella together. It was interesting and fun to learn about the culture of the whole experience. Finally we all sat and ate our paella at the same table. The price was reasonable for the length of the experience and the drinks and food included. Marco and chef Paulo are growing their business and just moved into this new venue which was relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of the typical Madrid plazas. I would highly recommend this to you and can’t wait to visit Madrid again to come back and see how their business is growing! Good luck to you Marco Y Paulo Thanks Dustin and family
