The Cooking Clubhouse - Want a cooking class in Madrid?
Come to Madrid’s funnest and trendiest cooking class where we emphasize the importance of the social aspect of cooking, eating and drinking!
Our professional chef will guide you through Spain’s most iconic tapas that will leave your mouth watering. You will be welcomed with a glass of Cava and be taken to your personalized cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have the necessary ingredients to make 4 traditional Tapas!
The cooking portion of this experience will take you on a trip through Spain as we will make one tapa from each corner of the country! The class has been created for you to be able to participate in a very hands-on workshop! Ask our chef as many questions as you want as they are also your host and has the purpose of making you and all the other guests feel at home, and of course to keep your wine glasses full!
Once the class is over you will be invited to our private dining room and all the guests will sit together at our table and share the tapas but also a main course and dessert made by our chefs, Turning this experience into a 6 course menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!

- Gambas al ajillo - Garlic prawns - Fresh prawns cooked in a garlic, parsley and white wine (Cooked by you)
- Chistora a la sidra - Chorizo with sider - Chistora a typical sausage similar to chorizo that is cooked and reduced in apple sider. very typical dish from the Basque region. (Cooked by you)
- Mejillones tradicionales - traditional fresh cooked mussels - Fresh mussels in a garlic, parsley and white wine sauce. (there are alternative for those who may not or do not eat seafood) (Cooked by you)
- Pimientos de piquillo - stuffed piquillo pepers - Piquillo peppers stuffed with hand made bechamel sauce, tuna and a creamy tomato sauce (Cooked by you)
- Season meat or fish dish - Depending on the season of the year we off a fish or meat main course and side that is made by our chefs for you
- Catalan cream mousse - a typical dessert from Catalonia done in a modern way.

Delicious Food and Nonstop Drinks - Must do experience in Madrid. The team had an amazing energy and the drinks were done stop. They never let you finish a glass! The class was so much fun and food was delicious.

Cooking & Cava - What could be better? - This was such a fantastic evening. Eric, one of the owners, was delightful. His laugh was so infectious and joyful. You can tell he just loves sharing his love of food and community. We burnt our garlic and Eric smelled it from across the room - and we "flambe-d" too late. And it was still a blast! The playlist was fantastic and the meal all together in the beautifully renovated basement was a wonderful way to end the evening. I highly recommend you add this to your itinerary!

A wonderful night in Madrid! - Sharing the kitchen and cooking with my partner who isn’t confident in the kitchen! She was able to easily follow the directions given and recreate the dishes! It never felt like we were slaving away at the stove. We also got to meet several other families/couples from around! The food was delicious and the wine never ended! It was a perfect 1st night in Madrid!

A forever lasting memory - Loved cooking new dishes with my husband that we will bring back to US. Our hosts were so sweet and accommodating and made our day so much fun. The dinner and venue was so cute and full of character. The experience was better than I could have imagined.

Fun experience for the whole Family! - Our hosts Martin, Mariano and Vasco were amazing! They made cooking so much fun! They were extremely entertaining and patient. My family enjoyed this experience tremendously and the food was delicious too! We highly recommend you book this class. You won’t regret it!
