The Cooking Clubhouse - Want a cooking class in Madrid?
Come to Madrid’s funnest and trendiest cooking class where we emphasize the importance of the social aspect of cooking, eating and drinking!
Our professional chef will guide you through Spain’s most iconic tapas that will leave your mouth watering. You will be welcomed with a glass of Cava and be taken to your personalized cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have the necessary ingredients to make 4 traditional Tapas!
The cooking portion of this experience will take you on a trip through Spain as we will make one tapa from each corner of the country! The class has been created for you to be able to participate in a very hands-on workshop! Ask our chef as many questions as you want as they are also your host and has the purpose of making you and all the other guests feel at home, and of course to keep your wine glasses full!
Once the class is over you will be invited to our private dining room and all the guests will sit together at our table and share the tapas but also a main course and dessert made by our chefs, Turning this experience into a 6 course menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!

- Gambas al ajillo - Garlic prawns - Fresh prawns cooked in a garlic, parsley and white wine (Cooked by you)
- Chistora a la sidra - Chorizo with sider - Chistora a typical sausage similar to chorizo that is cooked and reduced in apple sider. very typical dish from the Basque region. (Cooked by you)
- Mejillones tradicionales - traditional fresh cooked mussels - Fresh mussels in a garlic, parsley and white wine sauce. (there are alternative for those who may not or do not eat seafood) (Cooked by you)
- Pimientos de piquillo - stuffed piquillo pepers - Piquillo peppers stuffed with hand made bechamel sauce, tuna and a creamy tomato sauce (Cooked by you)
- Season meat or fish dish - Depending on the season of the year we off a fish or meat main course and side that is made by our chefs for you
- Catalan cream mousse - a typical dessert from Catalonia done in a modern way.

Fun, entertaining, memorable - This was an amazing experience and definitely memorable! The main cooking instructor and staff were funny, helpful, and entertaining throughout the experience. Got to meet people from around the world which was amazing. Only recommendation would be to lower the music a tad bit so those conversations being had with others during cooking can be heard better. I would definitely do this again in the future.

Fun, entertaining, memorable - Loved the idea of communal cooking and eating as we made each course. The main cooking instructor and the rest of the staff were friendly, welcoming, funny, and helpful in case we missed a step in the process. It was amazing meeting new people from different parts of the world. Highly recommend it and would do it again!

Fun and Friends Paired with Food and Wine - This was the most fun thing we did on our visit to Madrid. We cooked as if we were in our own kitchen with the best teacher we could ask for advising us! We made new friends and had a beautiful dining experience as well.

Solo Travel Experience - Super fun & interactive experience! An evening well spent in Madrid meeting new friends from around the world and trying new recipes. The place was so nice and clean and the cava was really unlimited! The staff was amazing and the icing on the cake was the space where are our dinner. 10/10!!
