Amazing experience - The most memorable part was the scenery, just a beautiful place. I was very frightening to go up but after going up it was such a smooth ride up and down.

Scenic Views of Segovia! - Great experience and tour guides. Your day will begin with a pickup in the 5:00am (summer) or 6:00am (winter) hour from your pickup location in Madrid. We travelled in a van with 4 passengers total to Segovia (1h drive) with a restroom stop just before reaching the launch site. The flight was approx. 30 minutes which felt like enough time to be able to enjoy the views of Segovia and the surrounding area. We landed in a field not too far from the launch site where we then deflated the balloon and loaded up the trailer. Cristian is a great pilot who kept the group in a cheerful mood before, during and after the flight. Nacho was a great driver to/from Madrid and told a great story about the history of hot air balloons.

Awesome pilot and flight - Pilot was awesome and the view was out of this work. Spain in a hot air balloon is a must do. Pick up and drop off at Hotel a plus.

What a wonderful day! - Hot air balloon was far more beautiful than expected! Thank you pilot David. We loved every moment and it has to be done by everyone at least once in a lifetime! Twice will be even better! :) Tour in Segovia just made us thinking to visit the city again as we learned a lot of things that worth a closer look! (Thank you Arian)

Amazing hot air balloon ride but non-existent city your - Firstly, the balloon ride is amazing - it's as cool as the pictures look, and was a magical sunrise experience. Kudos to the operators of the balloon ride portion, five stars to that. [recommendation: bring a warm shirt, because even in July 2022, it was very cold at sunrise]. However, we bought the 'Hot air balloon + guided city tour of Segovia". The city tour didn't exist. After the wonderful balloon ride, the tour operators told us they had no knowledge of a city tour, but offered to drop us at the edge of town if we wanted, and that we'd have to find our own way back to Madrid. We did this (and I would recommend anyone else also tours Segovia because it's a super neat town!), and had to take the train back to Madrid (at additional expense). We had a fantastic day, with the hot air balloon ride being a highlight of the whole trip, and Segovia being a super cool city to tour around. After our trip, I asked for a partial refund from Viator/TripAdvisor (equivalent to the additional cost of buying the 'balloon with city tour' vs just the 'balloon ride only'). Tripadvisor (Viator) did not acknowledge there was any problem, showing a picture from the tour operator that we were on the balloon ride (which was true!). The website didn't seem to understand that it was only the second part about "guided city tour" that was missing. I called TripAdvisor, and put in a formal request, but nothing. I ended up going through Visa to flag the partial charge, and after eight months, that case was closed unsuccessfully. In summary, we highly recommend to DO THE HOT AIR BALLOON - it's a great memory. But DO NOT book the extra city tour - it doesn't exist (as other comments have indicated too). @TripAdvisor @Viator, if you're reading this and want to make things right, you have my contact info in the chargeback case.

Balloon Great, Segovia Tour too quick - The hot air balloon itself was fantastic. Once we landed though there was a lot of wasted time that we could have had in the village. We ended up getting a quick tour (maybe an hour) of Segovia, and “free time” of 50 minutes which isn’t enough to see anything. We had to rush to the castle to take pictures outside of it, and try to grab a pastry to eat as it was 2pm without eating anything. I would certainly have paid more for an extended time in Segovia (say 2 hours) but the hot air balloon ride was amazing

Great Ride & View - but no tour and no info on it - The balloon ride was truly an amazing experience. The scenery was beautiful, and our pilot was fantastic. Everyone working with the group was great, and I would definitely recommend this group. The only problem we had was that there was no guided tour of Segovia, and we were left on our own to tour and find a way back to Madrid, which wouldn't have been so bad had we not paid more for these options.

Bad hot air balloon ride exp. - Our driver that picked us up ran in the ditch w/the van when coming to get us from the hot air balloon ride. He called a tow truck, it took forever to get van out of ditch. At end of hot air balloon ride we were expected to help pack up the balloon. We paid a lot of money for this hot air balloon ride & should not have to help pack it up. Our driver had a hard time finding our hotel on the way back. I would not recommend this to anyone.
