Good experience arrive at... - Good experience arrive at the office of naturanda early, was able to join a group in. so no waiting. Once inside could stay with guide who was very good.

Grand but hot palace - This place is huge, but the tour area is relatively contained. While we were supposed to skip the line since we had tickets, we still were in the ticketed line, which was long and spent in the hot July sun. It is grand but not as fancy as a Versailles or Schonbruen. A worthwhile visit but pace yourself on the hot days.

What a dreadful booking system! - I booked this and saved the barcode, which was described as a ticket. On arrival at the Palace we could not be admitted and had to walk a kilometre there and back to get a QR code. This information was embedded in an email received AFTER the ‘ticket’. Never again!

Getting the tickets was a nightmare - No issue with the Palace. I purchased tickets and was sent about 1 mile down the road to have to pick up the tickets and download an app for the audioguide. THIS WAS NOT AN OBVIOUS STEP WHEN I BOUGHT THE TICKETS ON TEIP ADVISOR. Plus the app NEVER downloaded ( WiFi was spotty or needed to be restarted?) and we left for the palace with NO audio guide after spending 45 min in the tour company’s office. Horrible experience. I would like to be reimbursed since we did not get the audio guide as expected.

Tickets - That's better. Tickets are much more expensive and you have to pick them up at a completely different location. Conclusion: Wouldn't book like that anymore

Overpriced - Was a resell of 14 euro ticket, the markup was double the price and the audio guide was a app on phone, so would be a lot cheaper to get tickets directly and the audio guide at location

- This was really confusing. We waited in several lines at Palace only to learn we needed to pick up tickets at a travel office 10 minutes away. That office was not easy to find since we were new to the city. Then the audio guide was thru an App and our roaming service was not working so audio guide was a waste of money since it did not work. OVERALL THIS EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER AND EASIER BY JUST JOING TO ROYAL PALACE TICKET OFFICE AND SKIPPING TRIP ADVISOR/VIATOR.
