Great experience! - Amazing visit! Our guide, Maria, gave us great explanations about some of the most famous works of the prado museum.

M ad nc a compartment different paintings by D’ali - Entrance without perfect queue, pity that the museum is not organized very well, the rooms are poorly indicated and the Audioguides not at all consistent with the rooms, also lacked several Dali paintings ‘

Overpriced - Skip the line completely unnecessary - the line was very short and moved fast so no value added there. As far as the audio guide, complicated to download and info included nothing more than you could google. Buy your tix directly and do your own research and save $$$

Backpack on Wheels not allowed in - I didn’t know they couldn’t store my bag. It was a small backpack with wheels so they said it was a suitcase. It was very distressing

Disappointing performance of the site - Problem in booking with the website
The ticket received by e-mail was not the right one to go to the museum since there was not the QR CODE
I was able to call the Tripadvisor service who sent me the QR CODE by email but the link for the audio guide that I paid was not the right one. We had to buy a new one at the museum.
Very disappointed with this benefit J therefore awaits the refund

Terrible and now recommended tour - Terrible service and not recommended for anyone. The direction of meeting and pick up point is wrong! We arrived at the site 10 minutes before the meeting time. No other is there to greet you. at the last moment, I called and was told the meeting points 10 minutes away in their office

Don’t spend money on this - This is a scam. The tickets they sell are not accepted at the museum and are overpriced. This museum isn’t busy so you can buy at the front.

Don't buy tickets through TripAdvisor - Don't book through TripAdvisor. The voucher/ticket they send you will not work at the entrance. We had to go back in the line and buy tickets.

Could not use the tickets. Spent more than 100 dollars and could not enter - The tickets were not accepted. Spent more than 100 dollars and could not enter in the museum.
